Claims (4)
- 선재 직경의 1/4 지점 외측의 표층에 존재하고 3μm 이상의 폭을 가지며 황의 농도가 10질량% 이하인 산화물계 개재물 중 그 개수의 70% 이상이, 하기 수학식 1을 만족하고 또한 하기 (A) 내지 (C)의 조성 범위 영역(%는 질량%를 의미함) 중의 2 또는 3개의 영역에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정도 스프링 강.수학식 1(A) SiO2 : 40 내지 70%, Al2O3 : 0 내지 20%, CaO : 20 내지 60%(B) SiO2 : 30 내지 65%, Al2O3 : 25 내지 50%, CaO : 10 내지 30%(C) SiO2 : 10 내지 30%, Al2O3 : 25 내지 50%, CaO : 30 내지 55%[여기서, 「개재물의 폭」이란 선재의 축 중심선을 포함하는 단면을 관찰할 때 축 중심과 수직인 방향으로 측정되는 각 개재물의 직경을 의미하며, (A) 내지 (C)에서의 농도(질량%)는 SiO2, Al2O3 및 CaO의 세 성분의 총 농도가 100%가 되도록 규격화된 값이다]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,C 1.2 질량% 이하(0% 제외); Si 0.4 내지 4 질량%; Mn 0.1 내지 2.0 질량 %; 및 Al 0.01 질량% 이하(0% 제외)의 구성성분을 함유하는 강으로 형성되는 고청정도 스프링 강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Cr, Ni, V, Nb, Mo, W, Cu 및 Ti로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속을 추가로 함유하는 고청정도 스프링 강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,0.01 내지 20 ppm의 양으로 Li를 함유하는 고청정도 스프링 강.
