Claims (6)
- 동력원과 동력 전달 기구를 수용하는 파워 유닛의 케이싱의 내부에 원심 팬이 설치되고, 그 원심 팬의 축방향 전면측으로부터 도입된 공기를 원심 팬의 취출 작용에 의해 상기 케이싱 내에 유통시키는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치에 있어서,작동 시에 열을 발생하는 발열 회전 기기의 회전축에 상기 원심 팬을 부착하고, 이 원심 팬에는 직경 방향 외측으로 취출되는 공기류의 일부를 축방향 배면측으로 분류시키는 분류 기구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원심 팬은,상기 발열 회전 기기의 회전축에 일체로 결합된 베이스 플레이트와,상기 베이스 플레이트의 외주 가장자리부에 설치된 복수의 핀과,상기 베이스 플레이트 상의 임의의 인접하는 핀 사이에서 베이스 플레이트를 축방향으로 관통하는 취출 구멍과,상기 인접하는 핀 사이에서 베이스 플레이트 상의 직경 방향 외측을 향하는 공기를 상기 취출 구멍으로 유도하는 가이드 벽을 구비한 구성으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발열 회전 기기는 동력원측에 연결된 내측회전체의 회전수가 소정 회전수에 도달했을 때에, 종동측에 연결된 외측 회전체에 회전동력을 전달하는 원심 클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 원심 클러치에는 원심 팬의 상기 취출 구멍으로부터 취출된 공기를 클러치 내부로 유도하는 도입구와, 그 공기를 클러치 외부로 배출하는 배출구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 엔진의 동력을 구동륜측에 전달하는 동력 전달 기구의 입력측과 엔진의 크랭크축 사이에 상기 원심 클러치를 개재하고, 이 원심 클러치의 입력측에 상기 원심 팬을 부착하며, 이 원심 팬에 의해서 직경 방향 외측으로 취출된 공기를 상기 케이싱의 내부로 급송함과 동시에, 원심 팬으로부터 축방향 배면측으로 분류한 공기를 상기 원심 클러치의 내부로 급송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 동력 전달 기구는 벨트식의 무단 변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 파워 유닛의 냉각 장치.
