Claims (19)
- 폴리이소시아네이트 1 ∼ 5 중량부, 폴리에스테르폴리올 15 ∼ 20 중량부, 이온성 화합물 0.1 ∼ 3 중량부, 쇄연장제 0.1 ∼ 1 중량부, 물 25 ∼ 60 중량부 및 용제 0 ∼ 45 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리이소시아네이트는 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 지방족 임을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트는 2,4-톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 4,4’-메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트, 2,4’-메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트, 폴리머릭메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트, 1,5-나프탈렌디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트는 1,6-헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 이소프 론디이소시아네이트, 4,4’-디사이클로헥실메탄디잇시아네이트, 1,4-사이클로헥산디이소시아네이트, 비스이소시아나토메틸사이클로헥산, 테트라메틸자이렌디이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르폴리올은 40 내지 80 중량부의 다관능 카르복실산 화합물 및 40 내지 80 중량부의 다관능 알코올 화합물을 중합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 다관능 카르복실산 화합물은 말레산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 피멜산, 아젤라산, 이타콘산, 세바스산, 클로렌드산, 1,2,4-부탄-트리카르복실산, 프탈산, 테레프탈산, 무수프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 테트라히드로 무수프탈산, 엔도메치렌, 데트라히드로 무수프탈산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 폴리올 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 다관능 알코올 화합물은 에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 부탄디올, 네오펜틸글리콜, 헥산디올 등의 디올류; 글리세 린, 부탄트리올, 헥산트리올, 트리메틸올부탄, 트리메틸올펜탄 및 트리메탄올프로판 등의 트리올류; 펜타에리트리톨 등의 테트라올; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 폴리올 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 분자량은 1000 내지 4000 임을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이온성 화합물이 디메틸올 프로판산, 디메틸올 부탄산, 글리콜산, 티오글리콜산, 타르타르산, 락트산, 말산, 디히드록시말산, 디히드록시타르타르산, 2,6-디히드록시벤조산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 쇄연장제인 아민은 디에틸렌트리아민, 트리스(2-아미노에틸)아민, 에틸렌디아민, 메타-크실렌디아민, 아미노에틸에탄올아민, 히드라진, 헥산디아민 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 및 트리알킬 아민은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화리튬, 탄산나트륨, 중탄산나트륨, 트리에틸아민, 트리메틸아민, 트리프로필아민, 디메틸에탄올아민 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용제는 메틸에틸케톤, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 아세톤, 톨루엔, 에틸아세테이트, 디메칠포름아마이드, N-메틸피롤리돈 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 입자(particles)의 크기가 50㎚ 내지 1000㎚ 임을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 고형분 함량이 전체 조성물 중량에 대하여 10 내지 50중량부 임을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,아지리딘, 에폭시, 옥사졸린, 옥사진, 멜라민 및 카보디이미드 계열의 2관능 이상의 일액형 가교제를 더 첨가하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
- 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리에스테르폴리올 및 이온성 화합물을 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 프리폴리머를 알칼리 또는 트리알킬 아민에 의해 중화시키고, 물에 분산 시킨 후 쇄연장제인 아민과의 반응에 의해 사슬연장시켜 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물 제조방법.
- 제1항의 수성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼을 이용하여 염 응집공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 필름.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄 필름의 표면저항이 1ⅹ105Ω/sq 내지 1ⅹ1012Ω/sq 임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 필름.
- 제17항의 폴리우레탄 필름으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지용 폴리우레탄 장갑.
