Claims (9)
- (ⅰ) 산화구리, 산화알루미늄, 및 1종 이상의 란탄, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 티탄 또는 지르코늄 산화물을 포함하는 산화 물질(oxidic material)을 제조하고,(ⅱ) 산화 물질에 분말화 금속성 구리, 구리 박편, 분말화 시멘트, 흑연 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가하고,(ⅲ) (ⅱ)로부터 생성된 혼합물을 성형품으로 성형하는 방법으로 제조될 수 있는 성형품과 유기 화합물을 수소의 존재 하에 접촉시키는,하나 이상의 카르보닐기를 갖는 유기 화합물의 수소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 물질이 소성 후 산화 물질의 전체 중량을 기준으로(a) 50 중량%≤x≤80 중량%, 바람직하게는 55 중량%≤x≤75 중량% 범위의 함량의 산화구리,(b) 15 중량%≤y≤35 중량%, 바람직하게는 20 중량%≤y≤30 중량% 범위의 함량의 산화알루미늄,(c) 2 중량%≤z≤20 중량%, 바람직하게는 3 중량%≤z≤15 중량% 범위의 함량의 1종 이상의 란탄, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 티탄 또는 지르코늄 산화물을 포함(여기서, 80≤x+y+z≤100, 특히 95≤x+y+z≤100이며, 상기 의미에서 시멘트는 산화 물질에 포함되지 않음)하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분말화 금속성 구리, 구리 박편, 분말화 시멘트, 또는 흑연 또는 이들의 혼합물이 산화 물질의 전체 중량 기준으로 1 내지 40 중량% 범위의 함량으로 첨가된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흑연을 산화 물질의 전체 중량 기준으로 0.5 내지 5 중량% 범위의 함량으로 산화 물질 또는 (ⅱ)로부터 생성된 혼합물에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 화합물이 카르복실산, 카르복실산 에스테르, 카르복실산 무수물 또는 락톤인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기 화합물이 아디프산 또는 아디프산 에스테르인 방법.
- 소성 후 산화 물질의 전체 중량을 기준으로(a) 50 중량%≤x≤80 중량%, 바람직하게는 55 중량%≤x≤75 중량% 범위의 함량의 산화구리,(b) 15 중량%≤y≤35 중량%, 바람직하게는 20 중량%≤y≤30 중량% 범위의 함량의 산화알루미늄,(c) 2 중량%≤z≤20 중량%, 바람직하게는 3 중량%≤z≤15 중량% 범위의 함량의 1종 이상의 란탄, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 티탄 또는 지르코늄 산화물을 포함(여기서, 80≤x+y+z≤100, 특히 95≤x+y+z≤100임)하는 산화 물질,산화 물질의 전체 중량 기준으로 1 내지 40 중량% 범위의 함량의 금속성 구리 분말, 구리 박편 또는 시멘트 분말 또는 흑연 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및산화 물질의 전체 중량 기준으로 0.5 내지 5 중량% 범위의 함량의 흑연을 포함하며,산화 물질, 금속성 구리 분말 또는 시멘트 분말 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 흑연의 함량의 전체가 성형품의 95 중량% 이상을 차지하는 성형품.
- 촉매의 기계적 안정성, 및 활성과 선택성 모두를 증가시키기 위한, 1종 이상의 란탄, 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 티탄 또는 지르코늄 산화물의 촉매 제조시 첨가물로서의 용도.
- 제9항에 있어서, 촉매가 활성 성분으로서 구리를 포함하는 것인 용도.
