Claims (4)
- 유입로와 유출로와 이들 사이에 형성된 밸브시트를 구비한 보디와, 보디에 설치되어 밸브시트에 접촉ㆍ분리할 수 있는 다이어프램과, 보디에 설치되어 다이어프램을 밸브시트에 접촉ㆍ분리시키는 구동수단을 구비한 다이어프램 밸브에 있어서, 상기 보디와 다이어프램의 유체 접촉부분에 소정 두께의 합성수지 피막을 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기계용 다이어프램 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 피막은 불소수지 피막인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기계용 다이어프램 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체 접촉부분은 보디의 유입로와 유출로와 밸브시트의 각 형성면과, 다이어프램의 하면인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기계용 다이어프램 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 불소수지 피막을 사불화에틸렌수지(PTFE) 또는 사불화에틸렌 육불화프로필렌 공중합체(FEP) 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체(PFA)로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배기계용 다이어프램 밸브.
