Description
Claims (19)
- 투명한 방향족 폴리카보네이트 수지, 혼화성의 투명한 지환족 코폴리에스터, 및 조성물에 정전기 소실성을 부여하기에 충분한 양의 정전기 소실 중합체를 포함하는 투명한 영구 정전기 소실 조성물로서,상기 방향족 폴리카보네이트, 상기 지환족 코폴리에스터, 및 상기 정전기 소실 중합체 각각은 상기 정전기 소실 중합체의 굴절률이 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지의 굴절률 내지 상기 지환족 코폴리에스터 수지의 굴절률 사이의 값을 갖도록 예정된 굴절률 지수를 가지며,상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 및 상기 지환족 코폴리에스터 수지는 상기 정전기 소실 중합체의 굴절률을 실질적으로 정합시키기 위해 상기 정전기 조성물에 존재하고,상기 지환족 코폴리에스터는 (1) 지환족 다이올 80중량% 이상(있다면, 나머지는 선형 지방족 다이올, 또는 선형 지방족 다이올 및 선형 지방족 이산, 또는 그의 화학적 등가물), (2) 지환족 다이카복실산 80중량% 이상(있다면, 나머지는 선형 지방족 이산, 또는 선형 지방족 이산 및 선형 지방족 다이올의 조합 또는 상기의 화학적 등가물), 및 (3) 지환족 다이올 80중량% 이상 및 지환족 다이카복실산 80중량% 이상의 혼합물(있다면, 나머지는 선형 지방족 다이올 또는 선형 지방족 이산 또는 그 둘의 혼합물임)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 반응 생성물 또는 상기의 화학적 등가물을 포함하는,투명한 영구 정전기 소실 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리카보네이트에 대한 지환족 코폴리에스터의 비가 약 2.0 내지 약 1.6이고, 폴리카보네이트 및 지환족 코폴리에스터의 조합된 중량이 조성물 총 중량의 20 내지 80중량%인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,정전기 소실 중합체가 조성물 총 중량의 0.01 내지 약 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,정전기 소실 중합체가 5 내지 15중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,지환족 다이올이 탄소 원자 2 내지 12의 지환족 알케인 다이올로부터 제조되는 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,지환족 알케인 다이올이 1,4-사이클로헥실 1차 다이올인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,지환족 이산이 두 개 이상의 카복실기를 갖는 다이카본일산으로부터 제조되며, 각각의 카복실산이 포화된 탄소에 부착된 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,이산이 데카하이드로나프탈렌 다이카복실산, 노르보넨 다이카복실산, 바이사이클로 옥테인 다이카복실산, 1,4-사이클로헤세인다이카본일산, 및 그의 화학적 등가물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 사이클로 및 바이사이클로 지방족 산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,지환족 코폴리에스터가 폴리(1,4-사이클로헥세인-다이메탄올-1,4-다이카복실레이트)인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,정전기 소실 중합체가 코폴리에스터아마이드, 폴리에터-폴리아마이드, 폴리에터아마이드 블록 공중합체, 폴리에터에스터-아마이드 블록 공중합체, 폴리알킬알킬렌 글라이콜 잔기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄, 폴리에터에스터, 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,정전기 소실 중합체가 폴리에스터아마이드인 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,정전기 소실 중합체가 폴리에터에스터아마이드인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,충격 개질제를 추가적으로 포함하되, 충격 개질제가 제 1 항의 조성물의 굴절률과 유사한 굴절률을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,충격 개질제가 고무 개질제인 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,충격 개질제가 적어도 부분적으로 가교-결합된 (메트)아크릴레이트 고무 코어상 및 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 외부 쉘을 가진 코어-쉘 개질제인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,굴절률이 1.52 내지 1.54인 조성물.
- 주요 양(중량 퍼센트)의 폴리카보네이트 수지 및 지환족 폴리에스터 수지의 혼화성 혼합물, 및 대전 방지 중합 물질을 포함하는 실질적으로 투명한 대전 방지성 내충격성 성형 조성물로서, 폴리카보네이트 및 지환족 폴리에스터 수지의 혼합물은 대전 방지 중합 물질의 굴절률에 실질적으로 정합되기 위한 적합한 비율로 존재하는, 실질적으로 투명한 대전 방지성 내충격성 성형 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,폴리카보네이트 및 폴리에스터 수지와 함께 대전 방지 중합 물질의 굴절률을 실질적으로 정합시키는 혼합물을 형성하는 추가적인 혼화성 수지를 포함하는, 실질적으로 투명한 대전 방지성 내충격성 성형 조성물.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,성형 조성물 내에 존재하는 추가적인 비혼화성 수지를 포함하되, 상기 추가적인 비혼화성 수지가 바람직하게 대전 방지 중합 물질의 굴절률을 실질적으로 정합시키는 굴절률을 갖는, 실질적으로 투명한 대전 방지성 내충격성 성형 조성물.
