Claims (3)
- 지상측에, 정지위치의 바로 앞과 정치위치에 걸쳐서 피검출용의 마크를 설치하고, 반송대차에, 상기 마크를 검출하여 마크를 기준으로 하는 위치를 구하기 위한 센서와, 구해진 마크기준의 위치에 따라서 정지위치를 목표위치로 하는 감속제어를 행하고, 정지위치에 반송대차를 정지시키기 위한 주행제어계를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 반송대차 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정지위치 간에 상기 마크를 설치하지 않는 영역을 설치함과 아울러, 상기 영역에서는 상기 주행제어계의 내부센서에 의해 구해진 위치에 따라서 반송대차를 주행제어하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 반송대차 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지상측에는, 상기 마크의 바로 앞에 상기 마크를 기준으로 하는 정지위치의 좌표를 나타내는 지표를 설치하고, 반송대차에는, 상기 지표를 판독하기 위한 수단을 설치하고, 상기 주행제어계에서는 판독한 정지위치의 좌표를 목표위치로해서 감속제어를 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 반송대차 시스템.
