Claims (17)
- 발광수단과 표시신호 기억수단과 상기 표시신호 기억수단에 기억된 표시신호에 대응한 평균휘도로 상기 발광소자를 구동하기 위한 발광소자 구동수단을 가지는 화소와 행과 열의 매트릭스형상으로 배열된 복수의 상기 화소로 구성된 표시부와, 상기 표시부에 있어서 상기 화소를 열방향으로 공통으로 접속하고 또한 전원을 상기 표시부에 공급하는 복수의 전원선과 상기 화소에 표시신호를 기입하기 위한 표시신호 기입수단을 가지며,상기 화소내에 설치되고 상기 발광소자의 구동을 정지시키기 위한 발광제어 스위치와 상기 전원선의 일단에 접속된 전류계측수단과,상기 전류계측수단에 의한 측정전류값을 기억하기 위한 화소전류값 기억수단과,상기 화소전류값 기억수단에 기억된 측정전류값을 이용해 상기 표시신호를 변조하기 위한 표시신호 변조수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광 수단은 유기EL소자를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 표시신호 기억수단은 스위치와 용량을 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광소자 구동수단은 박막트랜지스터를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 발광소자 구동수단은 박막트랜지스터를 이용한 인버터회로로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광제어스위치는 박막트랜지스터를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 매트릭스형상으로 배열된 상기 화소의 열에 따라서 상기 발광제어스위치를 개폐주사하기 위한 발광제어스위치 주사수단을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화소는 다결정 실리콘박막트랜지스터를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 표시신호 기입수단은 DA변환 회로와 제 1의 화소행 주사선택회로를 이용하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전류계측수단은 저항소자와 상기 저항소자의 양단에 각각 정부(正負)의 입력단자가 접속된 차동증폭회로를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전류계측수단은 1개 이상의 전류계측회로와 상기 전류계측회로에 접속된 상기 전원선에 대한 주사선택회로를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광제어스위치는 제 2의 화소행 주사선택회로를 이용하여 주사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 화소전류값 기억수단은 AD변환회로와 프레임메모리를 이용해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서상기 표시신호 변조수단은 데이터변환테이블과 논리연산회로를 이용해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광 수단은 전자 방출원과 형광체를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 발광수단과 표시신호 기억수단과 상기 표시신호 기억수단에 기억된 표시신호에 대응한 평균휘도로 상기 발광소자를 구동하기 위한 발광소자 구동수단을 가지는 화소와 행과 열의 매트릭스형상으로 배열된 복수의 상기 화소로 구성된 표시부와 상기 표시부에 있어서 상기 화소를 열방향으로 공통으로 접속하고 또한 전원을 상기 표시부에 공급하는 복수의 전원선과 상기 화소에 표시신호를 기입하기 위한 표시신호 기입수단을 가지며,상기 발광수단은 상기 발광소자 구동수단에 의해 전압으로 구동을 제어가능하고,상기 화소 내에 설치되고 상기 발광소자의 구동을 정지시키기 위한 발광제어스위치와,상기 전원선의 일단에 접속된 전류계측수단과,상기 전류계측수단에 의한 측정전류값을 기억하기 위한 화소전류값 기억수단과,상기 화소전류값 기억수단에 기억된 측정전류값을 이용해 상기 표시신호를 변조하기 위한 표시신호 변조수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 발광수단과 표시신호 기억수단과 상기 표시신호 기억수단에 기억된 표시신호에 대응한 평균휘도로 상기 발광소자를 구동하기 위한 발광소자 구동수단을 가지는 화소와 행과 열의 매트릭스형상으로 배열된 복수의 상기 화소로 구성된 표시부와 상기 표시부에 있어서 상기 화소를 열방향에 공통으로 접속하고 또한, 전원을 상기 표시부에 공급하는 복수의 전원선과 상기 화소에 표시신호를 기입하기 위한 표시신호 기입수단을 가지며,모든 상기 화소에 일정한 표시신호를 기입하는 일정표시신호 기입수단과,상기 화소 1행분의 상기 발광소자만을 상기 일정한 표시신호에 대응시켜 구동하는 피선택행화소발광수단과,상기 전원선에 대한 공급전류계측수단과,상기 전류계측수단에 의한 측정전류데이터를 처리하여 기억하기 위한 측정 전류정보 기억수단과,상기 측정전류정보 기억수단에 기억된 측정전류정보를 이용해 상기 발광소자의 휘도를 변조하기 위한 발광휘도 변조수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
