Description
Claims (22)
- タッチパネル入力機能を備え、
それぞれが自発光素子を含む複数の画素が配列された表示部と、
前記画素に表示信号電圧を入力するための信号線と、
前記表示信号電圧を制御する表示制御回路と、
前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性を出力するための検出線を有する画像表示装置において、
前記自発光素子に電流を流すための検出用電源と、切替スイッチと、検出位置座標生成回路とを備え、
前記検出用電源は、前記検出線、前記切替スイッチを介して前記画素に接続され、
前記検出線は、前記切替スイッチを介して前記検出位置座標生成回路に接続され、
前記検出位置座標生成回路は、前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性に基づいて、温度変動を伴う入力動作のあった画素の座標信号と温度情報とを出力する、
ことを特徴とする画像表示装置。 - 前記切替スイッチは、一表示期間中の前記表示信号電圧を出力する期間とは別の期間に前記検出用電源を前記画素に接続することを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記検出用電源は、定電流源であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記自発光素子の特性は、前記自発光素子にかかる電圧であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記画素内に前記表示信号電圧を赤、緑、青を時間的に分割して供給するための切替スイッチを設けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画像表示装置。
- タッチパネル入力機能を備え、
それぞれが自発光素子を含む複数の画素が配列された表示部と、
前記画素に表示信号電圧を入力し、前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性を出力するための共有線と、
前記画素内の状態を検出する検出回路と、を含み、
前記共有線を前記表示信号電圧を制御する表示制御回路と前記検出回路との間で共有する画像表示装置において、
前記検出回路は、共有切替スイッチと、前記自発光素子に電流を流すための検出用電源と、電源切替スイッチと、検出位置座標生成回路とを備え、
前記検出用電源は、前記共有線、前記共有切替スイッチ、前記電源切替スイッチを介して前記画素に接続され、
前記共有線は、前記共有切替スイッチ、前記電源切替スイッチを介して前記検出位置座標生成回路に接続され、
前記検出位置座標生成回路は、前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性に基づいて、温度変動を伴う入力動作のあった画素の座標信号と温度変動とを出力する、
ことを特徴とする画像表示装置。 - 前記共有切替スイッチは、一表示期間中の前記表示信号電圧を出力する期間とは別の期間に前記検出用電源を前記画素に接続することを特徴とする請求項6記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記検出用電源は、定電流源であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記自発光素子の特性は、前記自発光素子にかかる電圧であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記画素内に前記表示信号電圧を赤、緑、青を時間的に分割して供給するための切替スイッチを設けることを特徴とする請求項6記載の画像表示装置。
- タッチパネル入力機能を備え、
それぞれが自発光素子を含む複数の画素が配列された表示部と、
前記画素に表示信号電圧を入力するための信号線と、
前記表示信号電圧を制御する表示制御回路と、
前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性を出力するための検出線を有する画像表示装置において、
前記自発光素子に電流を流すための検出用電源と、切替スイッチと、検出位置座標生成回路と、システムI/F変換回路とを備え、
前記検出用電源は、前記検出線、前記切替スイッチを介して前記画素に接続され、
前記検出線は、前記切替スイッチを介して前記検出位置座標生成回路に接続され、
前記検出位置座標生成回路は、前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性に基づいて、温度変動を伴う入力動作のあった画素の座標信号と温度情報とを出力し、
前記システムI/F変換回路は、前記座標信号と前記温度情報とを、前記画像表示装置が接続されるシステムとの通信信号に変換する、
ことを特徴とする画像表示装置。 - 前記切替スイッチは、一表示期間中の前記表示信号電圧を出力する期間とは別の期間に前記検出用電源を前記画素に接続することを特徴とする請求項11記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記検出用電源は、定電流源であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記自発光素子の特性は、前記自発光素子にかかる電圧であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記画素内に前記表示信号電圧を赤、緑、青を時間的に分割して供給するための切替スイッチを設けることを特徴とする請求項11記載の画像表示装置。
- タッチパネル入力機能を備え、

前記画素に表示信号電圧を入力し、前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性を出力するための共有線と、
前記画素内の状態を検出する検出回路と、を含み、
前記共有線を前記表示信号電圧を制御する表示制御回路と、前記検出回路との間で共有する画像表示装置において、
システムI/F変換回路をさらに含み、
前記検出回路は、共有切替スイッチと、前記自発光素子に電流を流すための検出用電源と、電源切替スイッチと、検出位置座標生成回路とを備え、
前記検出用電源は、前記共有線、前記共有切替スイッチ、前記電源切替スイッチを介して前記画素に接続され、
前記共有線は、前記共有切替スイッチ、前記電源切替スイッチを介して前記検出位置座標生成回路に接続され、
前記検出位置座標生成回路は、前記画素のそれぞれに含まれる自発光素子の特性に基づいて、温度変動を伴う入力動作のあった画素の座標信号と温度情報とを出力し、
前記システムI/F変換回路は、前記座標信号と前記温度情報とを、前記画像表示装置が接続されるシステムとの通信信号に変換する、
ことを特徴とする画像表示装置。 - 前記切替スイッチは、一表示期間中の前記表示信号電圧を出力する期間とは別の期間に前記検出用電源を前記画素に接続することを特徴とする請求項16記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記検出用電源は、定電流源であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記自発光素子の特性は、前記自発光素子にかかる電圧であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記画素内に前記表示信号電圧を赤、緑、青を時間的に分割して供給するための切替スイッチを設けることを特徴とする請求項16記載の画像表示装置。
- 前記検出位置座標生成回路が出力する温度情報に応じてタッチパネル入力の有無が判定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれかに記載の画像表示装置。 - 前記検出位置座標生成回路が出力する温度情報が第1のしきい値よりも小さい場合に、タッチパネル入力なしと判定され、
前記温度情報が第1のしきい値より大きく第2のしきい値よりも小さい場合に、タッチパネル入力ありと判定され、
前記温度情報が第2のしきい値より大きい場合に、タッチパネル入力個所の移動と判定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の画像表示装置。
