Claims (7)
- 백금족 원소를 함유하는 피처리 물질과 산화구리를 함유하는 구리원 재료를 플럭스 성분 및 환원제와 함께 밀폐형 전기로에 투입하여 용융시키고, 산화물 주체의 용융 슬래그 층 아래쪽으로 금속 구리 주체의 용융 금속을 침강시킨 다음, 아래쪽으로 침강한 용융 금속 중에 백금족 원소를 농축시킴을 포함하는 백금족 원소의 회수법으로서, 구리 함량이 3.0중량% 이하로 저하된 용융 슬래그가 당해 전기로로부터 배출됨을 특징으로 하는, 백금족 원소의 회수법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기로에 투입되는 구리원 재료의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1mm 이상 10mm 이하인 입상물인, 백금족 원소의 회수법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기로 내부가 투입물의 용융으로부터 용융 슬래그 배출에 도달할 때까지 대기압보다 낮은 압력으로 유지되는, 백금족 원소의 회수법.
- 백금족 원소를 함유하는 피처리 물질과 산화구리를 함유하는 구리원 재료를 플럭스 성분 및 환원제와 함께 밀폐형 전기로에 투입하여 용융시키고, 산화물 주체의 용융 슬래그 층 아래쪽으로 금속 구리 주체의 용융 금속을 침강시킨 다음, 아래쪽으로 침강한 용융 금속 중에 백금족 원소를 농축시키고, 이러한 백금족 원소가 농축된 용융 금속을 용융 슬래그에서 분별하여 별도의 노에 용융 상태 그대로 이체한 다음, 이러한 별도의 노에서 당해 용융 금속을 산화 처리함으로써 산화물 주체의 슬래그 층과 백금족 원소가 보다 농축된 용융 금속 층으로 층분리하는 백금족 원소의 건식 회수법으로서, 구리 함량이 3.0중량% 이하로 저하된 용융 슬래그 층을 당해 전기로로부터 배출시키고, 당해 별도의 노에서 생성된 용융 슬래그를 고온상태로부터 수-냉각시킴으로써, 직경이 O.1mm 이상 10mm 이하인 입상물로 이루어진 산화구리를 함유하는 구리원 재료를 수득함을 특징으로 하는, 백금족 원소의 회수법.
- 외부 공기로부터 실질적으로 차단된 내부 용적을 갖는 노체(爐體), 이러한 노체의 상반신 부분에 설치된 재료 투입구 및 배기구, 이러한 노체의 하반신 부분에 설치된 높이 레벨이 상이한 2개 이상의 유체 배출구, 당해 재료 투입구에 연결된 재료 투입 슈트, 당해 배기구에 연결된 배기장치 및 노 속에 투입된 재료를 전류를 통과시켜 가열하기 위한 전극으로 이루어지며, 백금족 원소 동반 산화물계 원료, 산화구리, 고형 환원재 및 플럭스로 이루어진 투입 재료를 외부 공기로부터 실질적으로 차단된 환원 분위기하에, 또한 노 속의 발생 가스를 당해 배기장치에서 배기하면서 당해 노체 속에서 융해시키며, 높이가 낮은 쪽의 유체 배출구로부터 백금족 원소 농도가 높은 금속계 유체를 높이가 높은 쪽의 유체 배출구로부터 백금족 원소 농도가 낮은 슬래그계 유체를 인출하도록 하는, 백금족 원소의 회수장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 입상의 백금족 원소 동반 산화물계 원료, 입상의 산화구리, 분말상의 고형 환원재 및 분말상의 플럭스의 혼합물이 재료 투입 슈트로 도입되는, 백금족 원소의 회수장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 높이가 낮은 쪽의 유체 배출구로부터 백금족 원소 농도가 높은 금속계 유체의 일부만을 인출하고, 높이가 높은 쪽의 유체 배출구로부터 백금족 원소 농도가 낮은 슬래그계 유체의 일부만을 인출한 뒤, 노 속에 다른 부분의 유체가 잔존된 상태에서 재료 투입 슈트로부터 새로운 투입 재료를 투입하며, 융해가 속행되는, 백금족 원소의 회수장치.
