Claims (7)
- 기판 상에, 납을 실질적으로 함유하지 않고 CaO 및 B2O3를 함유하는 유리 재료와, 납을 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 도전성 재료를 포함하는 저항체층을 갖는 저항체로서,상기 저항체층의 두께 방향을 따른 단면을 투과형 전자 현미경(TEM)에 의해 관찰했을 때에, 상기 관찰 단면의 저항체층 중에 석출한 결정물 CaB2O4의 점유 면적이 상기 관찰 단면의 저항체층 면적의 30.0% 미만인 저항체.
- 기판 상에 저항체층을 갖는 저항체로서,기판 상에, 납을 실질적으로 함유하지 않고 CaO 및 B2O3를 함유하는 유리 재료와, 납을 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 도전성 재료와, 유기 비이클을 함유하는 저항체 페이스트를 형성한 후, 830∼870℃의 온도에서 5∼15분 소성하여 얻어지고,상기 저항체층의 두께 방향을 따른 단면을 투과형 전자 현미경(TEM)에 의해 관찰했을 때에, 상기 관찰 단면의 저항체층 중에 석출한 결정물 CaB2O4의 점유 면적이 상기 관찰 단면의 저항체층 면적의 30.0% 미만인 저항체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 재료가 CaO를 함유하는 A 그룹과, B2O3를 함유하는 B 그룹과, SiO2를 함유하는 C 그룹을 가지며, 각 그룹의 함유량은 A 그룹: 25∼40몰%, B 그룹: 20∼40몰%, C 그룹: 20∼40몰%인 저항체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리 재료가 CaO를 함유하는 A 그룹과, B2O3를 함유하는 B 그룹과, SiO2를 함유하는 C 그룹과, ZrO2, SrO 및 CuO의 적어도 1종을 함유하는 D 그룹과, NiO를 함유하는 E 그룹을 가지며, 각 그룹의 함유량은 A 그룹: 25∼40몰%, B 그룹: 20∼40몰%, C 그룹: 20∼40몰%, D 그룹: 0∼10몰%(단, 0몰%를 제외한다), E 그룹: 0.1∼10몰%인 저항체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 재료가 BaRuO3, SrRuO3, RuO2 및 CaRuO3 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1개를 포함하는 저항체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저항체층이 65∼93체적%의 상기 유리 재료와, 7∼35체적%의 상기 도전성 재료를 포함하는 저항체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 저항체를 갖는 전자 부품.
