Claims (2)
- 유체 제어 밸브에 있어서,하부 중앙에 바닥부까지 개방되어 형성된 제 2 공극(8), 제 2 공극(8)과 연결되는 입구유로(9), 상부로 윗면이 개방되어 형성된 제 2 공극(8)의 직경보다 큰 직경을 가지는 제 1 공극(10), 제 1 공극(10)과 연결되는 출구유로(11), 제 1 공극(10)과 제 2 공극(8)을 연결하고 제 1 공극(10)의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 연결구멍(12)을 가지고, 제 2 공극(8)의 윗면은 밸브시트(13)를 형성하는 본체(1)와,급기 구멍(14)과 배기 구멍(15)으로 연결된 원통형의 공극(16)을 내부에 가지고, 하단 내주면에 단차부(17)가 설치된 본네트(2)와,본네트(2)의 단차부(17)에 끼워져 들어가 중앙부에 관통구멍(18)을 가지는 스프링 시트부(3)와,하단부에 스프링 시트부(3)의 관통구멍(18)보다 작은 직경의 제 1 접합부(23)를 가지고, 상부에 차양부(21)가 설치되며, 본네트(2)의 공극(16) 내부에서 상하운동 가능하게 끼워져 들어간 피스톤(4)과,피스톤(4)의 차양부(21) 하단면과 스프링 시트부(3)의 상단면 사이에 끼워져 지지되어 있는 스프링(24)과,둘레부가 본체(1)와 스프링 시트부(3)의 사이에 끼워져 고정되며, 본체(1)의 제 1 공극(10)을 덮는 형태로 제 1 밸브실(31)을 형성하는 중앙부가 두껍게 형성된 제 1 다이어프램(27)과,윗면 중앙에 피스톤(4)의 제 1 접합부(23) 및 스프링 시트부(3)의 관통구멍(18)을 관통하여 접합 고정되는 제 2 접합부(29)를, 그리고 아랫면 중앙에 본체(1)의 연결구멍(12)과 동축으로 설치된 제 3 접합부(30)를 가지는 제 1 밸브부재(5)와,본체(1)의 제 2 공극(8) 내부에 위치하며, 본체(1)의 연결구멍(12)보다 큰 직경으로 형성된 밸브체(32), 밸브체(32)의 상단면으로 돌출하여 형성되며 제 1 밸브부재(5)의 제 3 접합부(30)와 접합 고정되는 제 4 접합부(34), 밸브체(32) 하단면으로부터 돌출하여 형성된 로드(35), 로드(35) 하단면으로부터 직경 방향으로 연장되어 설치된 제 2 다이어프램(37)을 가지는 제 2 밸브부재(6)와,본체(1)의 아랫쪽에 위치하며 제 2 밸브부재(6)의 제 2 다이어프램(37)의 둘레부를 본체(1)와의 사이에 끼워 고정하는 돌출부(40)를 상부 중앙에 가지고, 돌출부(40)의 상단부에 오목부(41)가 형성되는 동시에, 오목부(41)와 연결되는 호흡구멍(42)이 형성되어 있는 베이스 플레이트(7)를 구비하고,피스톤(4)의 상하운동에 따라 제 2 밸브부재(6)의 밸브체(32)와 본체(1)의 밸브시트(13)에 의해 형성되는 유체 제어부(39)의 개구면적이 변하도록 한 유체 제어 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,본체(1), 제 1 밸브부재(5) 및 제 2 밸브부재(6)의 재질이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 제어 밸브.
