Claims (24)
- 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층의 사이에 고융점의 기록층이 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2유전체층의 아래에 반사층이 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층의 사이에 고융점의 기록층이 개재되어 있는 구조의 기록 매체의 정보 기록 방법으로서,상기 기록 매체에 레이저빔을 조사함으로써 상기 기록층과 상기 제1유전체층 및 제2유전체층을 반응확산시켜 정보를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2유전체층의 아래에 반사층이 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 방법.
- 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층의 사이에 고융점의 기록층이 개재되어 있는 구조의 기록 매체로부터 정보를 재생하는 정보 재생 장치로서,상기 기록 매체의 기록층, 및 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층의 결정화 입자를 산란원으로 하여 플라스몬을 발생시켜 초해상도 근접장 구조에서 기록된 정보를 회절한계 이하로 정보를 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2유전체층의 아래에 반사층이 더 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
- 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층의 사이에 고융점의 기록층이 개재되어 있는 구조의 기록 매체로부터 정보를 재생하는 정보 재생 방법으로서,상기 기록 매체의 기록층, 및 제1유전체층과 제2유전체층의 결정화 입자를 산란원으로 하여 플라스몬을 발생시켜 초해상도 근접장 구조에서 기록된 정보를 회절한계 이하로 정보를 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 텅스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 탄탈륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 방법.
