Claims (10)
- 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 위에 폴리머로 형성된 복굴절층 (a) 이 적층되어 있는 광학 필름으로서,상기 복굴절층 (a) 및 상기 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 이 하기 식 (1) 을 만족시키고,상기 복굴절층 (a) 이 하기 식 (2) 및 (3) 을 만족시키며,또한, 상기 복굴절층 (a) 을 형성하는 폴리머의 중량평균분자량이 1만 이상이고 40만 이하인 범위이고,식 (1) : Δn(a) > Δn(b)×10,식 (2) : 1 < (nx-nz)/(nx-ny), 및식 (3) : 0.0005 ≤Δn(a) ≤0.5 이며,단, Δn(a) 는 복굴절층 (a) 의 복굴절률이고 [(nx+ny)/2]-nz 로 나타내며, Δn(b) 는 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 의 복굴절률이고 [(nx'+ny')/2]-nz' 로 나타내며,nx, ny 및 nz 는 각각 상기 복굴절층 (a) 에서의 X 축, Y 축 및 Z 축 방향의 굴절률을 나타내고, 상기 X 축은 상기 복굴절층 (a) 의 면 내에서 최대 굴절률을 나타내는 축 방향이고, Y 축은 상기 면 내에서 상기 X 축에 대하여 수직인 축 방향이며, Z 축은 상기 X 축 및 Y 축에 수직인 두께 방향을 나타내고,nx', xy' 및 nz' 는 각각 상기 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 에서의 X 축, Y 축 및 Z 축 방향의 굴절률을 나타내고, 상기 X 축은 상기 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 의 면 내에서 최대 굴절률을 나타내는 축 방향이고, Y 축은 상기 면 내에서 상기 X 축에 대하여 수직인 축 방향이며, Z 축은 상기 X 축 및 Y 축에 수직인 두께 방향을 나타내는 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 위에 직접 상기 복굴절층 (a) 이 적층되어 있는 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복굴절층 (a) 을 형성하는 폴리머가 비액정성 폴리머인 광학 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 비액정성 폴리머가 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리아릴에테르케톤, 폴리아미드이미드 및 폴리에스테르이미드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 폴리머인 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 이 편광자용 보호 필름인 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 고분자 필름 (b) 이 폴리비닐알코올계 필름을 포함하는 편광자인 광학 필름.
- 광학 필름을 포함하는 적층 편광판으로서,상기 광학 필름이 제 1 항에 기재된 광학 필름인 적층 편광판.
- 액정 셀 및 광학 부재를 포함하고, 상기 액정 셀의 적어도 한 쪽 표면에 상기 광학 부재가 배치된 액정 패널로서,상기 광학 부재가 제 1 항에 기재된 광학 필름 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 적층 편광판인 액정 패널.
- 액정 패널을 포함하는 액정표시장치로서,상기 액정 패널이 제 8 항에 기재된 액정 패널인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 광학 필름 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 적층 편광판을 포함하는 자발광형 표시장치.
