Claims (8)
- 두껍고 작은 직경의 금속관과, 이 금속관의 단부에 일체로 형성된 결합 헤드부를 구비하는 고압 연료 분사관으로서,상기 결합 헤드부는 좌굴 성형에 의해 직경이 증가되고, 파트너측의 관 결합부의 안착면에 대해 결합측 외주부에 가압 안착면이 형성되며,상기 결합 헤드부의 하부 헤드부에는 후벽부가 형성되는데, 상기 후벽부는,상기 결합 헤드부에 이어지는 후벽부의 부분(A)의 곡률 반경(R1)이 관의 외경의 0.03 내지 0.15 배인 조건과,상기 후벽부의 부분(A)으로부터 직선 관부까지 이어지는 부분(B)의 곡률 반경(R2)이 관의 외경의 0.3 내지 1.5 배인 조건과,상기 후벽부의 최대 직경 크기(w)가 결합 헤드부의 최대 직경 방향 돌출 길이(W)의 0.25 내지 0.4 배인 조건을 만족시키는 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압 연료 분사관은 고압 배관용 탄소강관, 스테인레스강관, 또는 그 복합 재료관으로 형성되는 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합 헤드부는 그 외주부에 구형의 가압 안착면이 있는 절두 아치형으로 형성되는 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두껍고 작은 직경의 금속관의 치수는 관 직경이 4.5 mm 내지 20 mm이고 내경이 1.0 mm 내지 5.0 mm인 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 두껍고 작은 직경의 금속관과, 이 금속관의 단부에 일체로 형성된 결합 헤드부를 구비하는 고압 연료 분사관으로서,상기 결합 헤드부는 좌굴 성형에 의해 직경이 증가되고, 파트너측의 관 결합부의 안착면에 대해 결합측 외주부에 가압 안착면이 형성되며,상기 결합 헤드부의 하부 헤드부에는 테이퍼벽이 형성되는데, 상기 테이퍼벽은,후방으로 연장되어 관의 중심선에 대해 직선 관부에 이어지는 테이퍼벽의 각도(θ)가 7 내지 15 도인 조건과,상기 결합 헤드부에 이어지는 테이퍼벽의 부분(A)의 곡률 반경(R1)이 관의 외경의 0.03 내지 0.15 배인 조건과,직선 관부에 이어지는 테이퍼벽의 부분(B)의 곡률 반경(R2)이 관의 외경의 0.3 내지 1.5 배인 조건과,상기 테이퍼벽의 최대 직경 크기(w)가 결합 헤드부의 최대 직경 방향 돌출 길이(W)의 0.25 내지 0.4 배인 조건을 만족시키는 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고압 연료 분사관은 고압 배관용 탄소강관, 스테인레스강관, 또는 그 복합 재료관으로 형성되는 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고압 연료 분사관의 결합 헤드부는 그 외주부에 구형의 가압 안착면이 있는 절두 아치형으로 형성되는 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 두껍고 작은 직경의 금속관의 치수는 관 직경이 4.5 mm 내지 20 mm이고 내경이 1.0 mm 내지 5.0 mm인 것인 고압 연료 분사관.
