Claims (4)
- 단면이 2차원의 곡면을 가지는 제 1 성형부와 제 1 성형부의 일부에 3차원형상의 제 2 성형부를 가지는 제품을 순차 성형가공하는 방법에 있어서,제 1 성형부에 대응하는 곡면을 가지는 워크를 준비하고, 이 워크의 일부에 순차 성형가공에 의하여 3차원형상의 제 2 성형부를 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 성형가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 성형부의 순차 성형가공에 있어서, 상기 제 1 성형부의 곡면에 평행한 패스로 순차 성형가공 공구를 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 성형가공방법.
- 워크의 주변을 파지하는 워크 홀더와 워크 클램프를 탑재하는 테이블과, 테이블에 대하여 수직한 축방향에 설치되는 순차 성형가공 공구를 구비하는 순차 성형가공장치에 있어서,워크의 곡면에 대응한 워크 홀더와 워크 클램프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 성형가공장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,제 2 성형부에만 대응하는 형상을 가지는 성형 지그를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 성형가공장치.
