Claims (6)
- 블랭크재의 가장자리를 끼워 지지한 상태에서 두께 방향으로 성형 형상으로 마감한 다이 펀치를 압입하고, 이어서, 상기 다이 펀치를 압입 상태인 채로 두께를 사이에 두고 다이 펀치의 반대측으로부터 공구에 의해 형상 성형을 행하는 방법에 있어서,블랭크재의 가장자리를 끼워 지지한 상태에서 두께 방향으로 소정의 성형 형상을 갖는 다이 펀치를 압입하여 소정 높이까지의 드로잉 성형을 행하고, 다이 펀치의 압입 상태인 채로 블랭크 홀딩력을 증가시켜 재료의 유동을 록킹한 상태에서 다이 펀치의 반대측으로부터 공구에 의해 형상 성형을 행하고, 이후, 블랭크 홀딩력을 감소시키고 다이 펀치를 다시 소요 높이만큼 상승시켜 드로잉 성형을 행하고, 이어서 블랭크 홀딩력을 증가시켜 재료의 유동을 록킹한 상태에서 상기 공구에 의해 형상 성형을 행하는 단계를 1회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 성형 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공구로서 봉상의 형상 가공 공구와 압축 성형용 공구를 선택적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 성형 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형품 또는 성형 도중의 블랭크재에 트리밍, 피어스 등의 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 성형 방법.
- 베드 상에 소정의 간격을 두고 배열되어 블랭크재의 가장자리를 두께 방향으로 끼워 지지하는, 블랭크 홀딩력의 가변 및 전후이동과 정지가 가능한 복수의 블랭크 홀딩 장치와,상기 블랭크 홀딩 장치보다 내측에 배치된 원하는 형상의 다이 펀치와,상기 블랭크 홀딩 장치에 의해 지지된 블랭크재에 다이 펀치를 돌입시켜 드로잉 성형을 행하기 위한 설정 위치에서 자유로이 정지 가능한 CNC 제어형 다이 펀치 승강 장치와,구조 프레임에 3축 방향 이동 가능하게 장비되며, 상기 다이 펀치의 단계적 돌입에 의해 계단형으로 드로잉 성형된 블랭크재에 대하여 다이 펀치와 협동하여 성형을 행하는 CNC 제어형 인크리멘탈 성형 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 성형 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다이 펀치 또는 CNC 제어형 인크리멘탈 성형 장치에 의해 성형된 블랭크재 혹은 성형품에 트리밍, 피어스 등의 제거 가공을 행하는 CNC 제어형 레이저 절단 장치를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 성형 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다이 펀치에 의해 성형된 블랭크재의 정상부에 대한 압축 성형용 공구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 CNC 제어형 정상부 성형 장치를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판 성형 장치.
