Claims (8)
- 케이싱(5) 내에, 구동기구(9)와, 이 구동기구(9)에 구동축(11)을 개재하고 연결된 압축기구(7)가 수납되는 한편, 상기 구동축(11)은, 이 구동축(11)이 관통하는 축 받침(41)과의 사이에 윤활유를 공급하여 회전 자유롭게 지지되는 압축기이며,상기 구동축(11)의 외주면과 축 받침(41) 내주면으로 구성되는 축 받침부(45)의 축 방향 단부에는, 둘레방향의 오일 홈(51)을 갖는 오일회수부(47)가 형성되는 한편,이 오일회수부(47)를 흐르는 윤활유를 소정 부위로 유도하는 오일통로(49)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축 받침(41) 근방에 개구되는 토출관(27)이 케이싱(5)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축 받침(41)은, 케이싱(5)에 설치된 프레임(17)에 형성되며, 상기 축받침(41)의 한끝은, 프레임(17)으로부터 노출된 개방단에 구성되는 한편, 상기 축 받침(41)의 다른 한끝은 프레임(17)으로 덮인 피복단에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오일회수부(47)는 축 받침부(45)의 개방단 쪽 단부에 형성되는 한편, 상기 오일통로(49)는 축 받침(41)에 형성되며, 이 오일통로(49)의 한끝이 오일회수부(47)로 연통되고, 상기 오일통로(49)의 다른 한끝이 축 받침(41)의 피복단 단면으로 개구되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오일회수부(47a, 47b)는, 축 받침부(45)의 양 단부에 형성되는 한편,상기 오일통로(49)는 축 받침(41)에 형성되며, 이 오일통로(49)의 한끝이 축 받침(41)의 피복단 쪽 단면으로 개구되고, 상기 오일통로(49)의 다른 한끝이 2 개의 오일회수부(47a, 47b)로 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 구동축(11)에는, 구동축(11)과 축 받침(41)의 틈새(43)로 윤활유를 공급하기 위한 급유통로(29)가 형성되는 한편,상기 오일통로(49)는 구동축(11)에 형성되며, 이 오일통로(49)의 한끝이 오일회수부(47)로 연통되고, 상기 오일통로(49)의 다른 한끝이 급유통로(29)로 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 오일회수부(47)는, 축 받침부(45)의 개방단 쪽 단부에 형성되는 한편,상기 오일통로(49)가 오일회수부(47)와 급유통로(29)를 접속하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 오일회수부(47a, 47b)는, 축 받침부(45)의 양 단부에 형성되는 한편,상기 오일통로(49)는 각각의 오일회수부(47a, 47b)와 급유통로(29)를 접속하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
