Description
Claims (8)
- 서로 대향하는 한쌍의 기판과, 상기 기판 사이에 설치된 화소 영역과, 상기 기판 중의 하나의 연장부에 설치된 외부 배선을 갖는 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 외부 배선은 상기 연장부에 형성된 오목부 내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 깊이는 상기 외부 배선의 높이보다 크거나 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 주변부 내에서 상기 연장부에 형성된 다층의 박막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연장부에 설치된 회로 소자와 상기 연장부에 접속된 외부 배선 부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 서로 대향하는 한쌍의 기판과, 상기 기판 사이에 설치된 화소 영역과, 상기기판 중의 하나의 연장부에 설치되어 상기 화소 영역에 신호를 입력하기 위한 외부 배선을 갖는 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 연장부에 오목부를 형성하는 단계와,상기 오목부 내에 상기 외부 배선을 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 화소 영역의 형성 시에 관통 홀을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 오목부를 형성하는 단계는 상기 관통 홀을 형성하는 단계와 동일한 단계에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 오목부의 깊이는 상기 외부 배선의 높이보다 크거나 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는 상기 오목부의 주변부 내에서 상기 연장부에 형성된 다층의 박막을 더 구비하며,상기 오목부의 깊이는 상기 다층의 박막으로부터 상기 연장부를 갖는 상기 기판으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
