Claims (6)
- 차잎으로 가루녹차를 제조하는 단계;일반 차잎으로 녹차 농축액을 추출 및 농축하는 단계; 및상기 준비된 녹차 농축액과 가루녹차에 무수결정포도당, 덱스트린 및 솔비톨과 같은 과립용 부형제를 혼합하여 과립차를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가루녹차를 이용한 과립차 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가루녹차 제조단계는,일반 재배 차나무 잎 3∼4매 또는 차잎 2∼3엽을 출현한 후 75∼95% 흑색 차광망을 이용해 15∼20일 정도 차광하는 단계;채엽한 차잎을 100℃ 온도로 40∼60초 동안 증열하는 단계;증열된 차잎을 20±5분 냉각하는 단계;80∼85℃ 온도로 90∼100분 정도 건조하는 단계;줄기를 제거하는 단계; 및가루녹차 제조기를 이용해 10∼50㎛ 의 가루녹차로 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가루녹차를 이용한 과립차 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 녹차 농축액 추출 및 농축 단계는,차나무에서 잎을 채취하여 증제차 제조공정이나 덖음차 제조공정으로 만들어진 녹차를 40∼80메쉬의 망사에 넣고 물과 녹차를 10:1 내지 20:1(w/w)의 비율로 농축액 추출기에 넣은 단계;70∼90℃의 온도로 3∼6시간 동안 녹차 농축액을 추출하는 단계;100∼150 메쉬체를 이용해 여과하는 단계; 및여과 추출액을 농축액 추출기에 넣어 70∼90℃의 온도로 55±5。brix가 될 때까지 농축하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가루녹차를 이용한 과립차 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 과립차 제조단계는,55±5。brix의 녹차 농축액을 이용해 10∼14。brix가 되도록 희석시키는 단계;이 희석액 17∼20%에 가루녹차 4∼13%, 무수결정포도당 70∼75%, 덱스트린 1%, 솔비톨 2%를 혼합기에서 10±3분 정도 혼합하는 단계;과립제조기에 넣고 과립을 만드는 단계; 및건조기에서 30∼40℃의 온도로 7∼9시간 열풍건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가루녹차를 이용한 과립차 제조방법.
- 채엽, 증열, 냉각, 건조, 선별, 및 분쇄 단계를 통해 제조된 입경이 10∼50㎛이하인 가루녹차를 준비하는 단계;율무, 오곡미싯가루, 칡녹말, 마 및 하수오 각각 6%를 따뜻한 물 150∼180㎖에 넣고 상기 10∼50㎛ 미분말 가루녹차 2∼10%를 첨가하는 단계;상기 혼합물에 무수결정포도당 82∼87%, 덱스트린 1∼2% 및 솔비톨 2∼3%를 더 첨가하여 혼합기에서 10±3분 정도 혼합하는 단계;최종 혼합물을 과립제조기에 넣고 과립화하는 단계; 및과립체를 건조기에서 30∼40℃의 온도로 7∼9시간 열풍건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가루녹차를 이용한 과립차 제조방법.
