Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 담체와 촉매층을 포함하고, 이 촉매층에 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가하여 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서,상기 촉매층은 상기 흡장제를 포함하는 동시에 해당 흡장제와 친화성이 높은 산성질 재료를 포함하는 제 1 촉매층과, 상기 흡장제를 포함하고 상기 산성질 재료를 포함하지 않는 제 2 촉매층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 촉매층은 상기 제 1 촉매층의 외면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 촉매층은 상기 담체와 상기 제 1 촉매층의 사이에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매층은 백금, 로듐 및 팔라듐으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 귀금속과, 해당 귀금속 및 상기 흡장제의 모재가 되는 알루미나를 부가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나에 대한 산성질 재료의 비율이 1 내지 30 중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 촉매층은 백금, 로듐 및 팔라듐으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 귀금속과, 해당 귀금속 및 상기 흡장제의 모재가 되는 알루미나를 부가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매층 중에, IV족, V족 및 VI족의 천이 원소 및 IV족, V족 및 VI족의 전형 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산성 물질을 포함하는 산성 산화물과, 상기 적어도 하나의 산성 물질을 포함하는 복합 산화물과, 질소 산화물과 상기 흡장제의 반응성을 저해하지 않는 재료와, 환원 물질을 흡착하는 재료로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡장제는 칼륨을 포함하고, 상기 담체는 다공질 담체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 촉매층에 제올라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
