Claims (21)
- 코디라이드 담체 또는 메탈 담체인 담체(10); 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 흡장제와 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 귀금속을 함유하는 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20); 및 3원촉매층(40)을 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서,상기 NOx 흡장촉매층(20) 또는 3원촉매층(40)의 적어도 한쪽에, 상기 3원촉매층(40)에 대한 상기 흡장제의 영향을 억지하는 영향 억지 재료(30, 50, 60)를 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료(50)는, 상기 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20)에 첨가되는 것으로서, 상기 흡장제의 3원촉매층으로의 이동을 억제하는 재료인 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료는, IV 족, V 족, VI 족의 천이 원소 및 IV 족, V 족, VI 족의 전형 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산성 물질을 포함하는 산성 산화물과, 상기 적어도 하나의 산성 물질을 포함하는 복합 산화물과, 질소 산화물과 상기 흡장제의 반응성을 저해하지 않는 재료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료로 구성되는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료는 규소(Si) 및 텅스텐(W)중 적어도 하나의 산성 물질로 이루어지는 산성 산화물을 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료는 제올라이트 및 이산화티탄(TiO2)중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료(60)는, 상기 3원촉매층(40)에 첨가되는 것으로서, 상기 흡장제와 반응하여 안정물질로 변환되는 재료인 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료는 상기 흡장제와 반응하여 안정물질화하는 산성질 재료로 구성되는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료는 실리카(SiO2), 텅스텐(W), 인(P)중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료(60)는, 상기 3원 촉매층(40)에 첨가되는 것으로, 상기 흡장제와 반응하여 안정물질로 변환되는 재료인 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지 재료는 실리카(SiO2), 텅스텐(W), 인(P)중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20)과 상기 3원 촉매층(40)의 사이에, 상기 흡장제의 3원 촉매층(40)으로의 이동을 억제하는 흡장제 블록층(30)을 형성하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20)과 상기 3원 촉매층(40)의 사이에, 상기 흡장제의 3원 촉매층(40)으로의 이동을 억제하는 흡장제 블록층(30)을 형성하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20)과 상기 3원 촉매층(40)의 사이에, 상기 흡장제의 3원 촉매층(40)으로의 이동을 억제하는 흡장제 블록층(30)을 형성하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20)과 상기 3원 촉매층(40)의 사이에, 상기 흡장제의 3원 촉매층(40)으로의 이동을 억제하는 흡장제 블록층(30)을 형성하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 코디라이드 담체 또는 메탈 담체인 담체(10); 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 흡장제와 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 귀금속을 함유하는 NOx 흡장 촉매층(20); 및 3원촉매층(40)을 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서,상기 NOx 흡장촉매층(20)과 3원촉매층(40)의 사이에, 상기 흡장제의 상기 3원 촉매층(40)으로의 이동을 억제하는 영향 억지 재료가 첨가된 영향 억지층(30)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지층(30)은, IV 족, V 족, VI 족의 천이원소 및 IV 족, V 족, VI 족의 전형 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산성 물질을 포함하는 산성산화물과, 상기 적어도 하나의 산성물질을 포함하는 복합 산화물과, 질소산화물과 상기 흡장제의 반응성을 저해하지 않는 재료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료로 구성되는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지층(30)은, 규소(Si) 및 텅스텐(W)의 적어도 하나의 산성 물질로 이루어지는 산성 산화물을 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 영향 억지층(30)은, 제올라이트 및 이산화티탄(TiO2)중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
