Claims (9)
- 휴대형의 제1 기록 매체에 대하여 재생을 행하는 재생 수단과,상기 제1 기록 매체와 비교하여 대용량이 되는 제2 기록 매체에 대하여 기록 및 재생을 행하는 기록 재생 수단과,상기 재생 수단에 의해 재생되는 제1 기록 매체에 대하여, 식별 정보 및 상기 제2 기록 매체에의 기록 이력 정보를 관리하는 데이터베이스 수단과,상기 재생 수단에 의해 상기 제1 기록 매체가 재생될 때에, 그 제1 기록 매체에 대하여 상기 식별 정보에 기초하여 상기 데이터베이스 수단의 검색을 행하고, 그 검색된 기록 이력 정보의 결과에 따라서, 상기 제1 기록 매체로부터 재생되는 데이터를 상기 기록 재생 수단에 의해 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록시키도록 제어하는 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단은, 상기 기록 이력 정보에 의해 상기 제1 기록 매체로부터 재생되는 데이터에 대하여 이미 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록되어 있는지의 여부를 판별하고, 상기 재생되는 데이터가 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록되어 있지 않으면, 상기 재생되는 데이터가 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 기록 매체에는 1 또는 복수의 프로그램과, 상기 프로그램을 관리하는 관리 정보가 기록되어 있고, 상기 식별 정보는 상기 관리 정보에 기초하여 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 기록 매체에는 1 또는 복수의 프로그램과, 상기 프로그램을 관리하는 관리 정보가 기록되어 있고, 상기 기록 이력 정보는 상기 프로그램 단위로의 상기 제2 기록 매체에의 기록 유무를 나타내는 정보로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제어 수단은, 상기 기록 이력 정보에 의해, 상기 제1 기록 매체로부터 재생되는 각 프로그램에 대하여 이미 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록되어 있는지의 여부를 판별하고, 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록되어 있지 않은 프로그램이 상기 제2 기록 매체에 기록되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 기록 이력 정보는, 어떤 프로그램에 대하여, 프로그램 전체가 상기 제2기록 매체에 기록된 경우에 해당 프로그램이 기록된 것으로서 기록 이력 정보 내용이 갱신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재생 수단은, 데이터 재생 시에 재생 상태를 통상 재생 상태로부터 특수 재생 상태로 변경시킬 수 있음과 함께,상기 제어 수단은, 상기 재생 수단에 의한 재생이 상기 특수 재생 상태로 되었을 때는, 상기 기록 재생 수단에서 실행되고 있는 기록 동작을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재생 수단은, 데이터 재생 시에 재생 상태를 통상 재생 상태로부터 특수 재생 상태로 변경시킬 수 있음과 함께,상기 제어 수단은, 상기 재생 수단에 의한 어떤 프로그램의 재생이 상기 특수 재생 상태로 되었을 때에는 상기 기록 재생 수단에서 실행되고 있는 해당 프로그램의 기록 동작을 정지시킴과 함께, 기록 동작의 정지 직전까지 해당 프로그램에 대하여 기록된 데이터를 소거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 데이터베이스에는 또한, 제1 기록 매체에 대응한 부가 정보가 기록되는것을 특징으로 하는 더빙 장치.
