Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 플레인베어링에 있어서,받침쇠; 및상기 받침쇠상에 접합되고, 그 표면측에 상기 플레인베어링의 축방향으로 연장되는 원통형베어링면이 제공되는 베어링합금층을 포함하며,상기 베어링합금면은 그것의 축방향말단부의 각각에 상기 베어링면의 양쪽 축방향말단부 사이에 형성된 위치로부터 그것의 상기 축방향말단부를 향하여 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 경사진 경사면이 제공되며, 상기 경사면은 상기 베어링합금층의 원주를 따라 변화하는 축방향길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레인베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경사면의 상기 축방향길이는 상기 베어링면상에 존재하는 최대유막압력에 대응하는 각 축방향위치에서 가장 길어지도록 설정되며, 상기 축방향길이는 상기 원주방향에서 그것으로부터 멀어짐에 따라 연속적으로 줄어드는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레인베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경사면의 상기 축방향길이는 상기 베어링면상에 존재하는 최대유막압력에 대응하는 각 축방향위치에서 가장 짧아지도록 설정되며, 상기 축방향길이는 상기 원주방향에서 그것으로부터 멀어짐에 따라 연속적으로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레인베어링.
