Claims (9)
- 전기/전자장치의 금속판제는, 수지피복된 금속판제를 포함하며, 상기 수지피복은 수지로서, 알크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 우레탄계 수지로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하며,1 내지 50 질량% 의 물 및 0.1 내지 20 질량% 의 윤활제를 포함하며, 0.05 내지 5 ㎛ 의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지피복은 또한 아크릴아미드, 폴리아크릴아미드 및 아크릴아미드화합물의 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 아크릴아미드 물질을 5 질량% 이상의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수지피복은 0.5 내지 30 질량% 의 표면 활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지피복은 물희석성 피복제를 가함으로서 형성된 층이며,상기 물희석성 피복제는 수지로서, 아크릴계 수지, 에폭시계 수지 및 우레탄계 수지로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질 및 0.1 내지 20 질량% 의 윤활제를 함유하며,상기 층은 1 내지 50 질량% 의 물을 함유하도록 상기의 물희석성 피복제를 가함으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 물희석성 피복제의 고형성분은 아크릴아미드, 폴리아크릴아미드 및 아크릴아미드 화합물의 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 아크릴아미드 물질을 5 질량% 이상으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 물희석성 피복제의 고형성분은 0.5 내지 30 질량% 의 표면 활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물희석성 피복제의 고형성분의 양은 3 내지 40 질량% 이며, 상기 물희석성 피복제는 20℃ 에서, JIS K 5400 에서 규정된 제 4 번 포드컵(Ford cup)을 사용하여 측정된 유출시간이 5 내지 40 초인 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 층은 탑-피드 방법으로 상기 물희석성 피복제를 가함으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치의 금속판제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 금속판제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기/전자장치.
