Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 2 개의 투명 합성수지층, 및 상기 2 개의 투명 합성수지 층 사이에 개재(介在)하는, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체와 경화제의 2 액형 폴리우레탄 및 광색성 유기 화합물의 혼합물을 경화시킴으로써 형성된 광색층으로 본질적으로 구성된, 광색성을 갖는 투명 합성수지 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체가 디이소시아네이트와 폴리올에서 수득된 양 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물인 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체가 수평균 분자량 500 내지 5000 의 예비중합체 및 수평균 분자량 500 내지 5000 의 경화제로부터 유도된 화합물인 적층체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 예비중합체가 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트와 폴리프로필렌 글리콜로부터 유도된 양 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물인 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화제가 상기 경화제가 디이소시아네이트와 폴리올로부터 수득된 적어도 양 말단에 히드록실기를 갖는 화합물인 적층체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 경화제가 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트와 폴리프로필렌 글리콜로부터 유도된 적어도 양 말단에 히드록실기를 갖는 화합물인 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2 액형 폴리우레탄이 3 차 힌더드 (hindered) 아민계 광(光)안정제를 함유하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2 액형 폴리우레탄이 3 차 힌더드 아민계 광안정제, 및 3 개 이상의 힌더드 페놀 함유 산화방지제를 함유하는 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광색성 유기 화합물이 스피로피란 화합물, 스피록사진 화합물 또는 나프토피란 화합물인 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2 개의 투명 합성수지가 각각, 폴리카르보네이트 수지, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 수지 또는 폴리카르보네이트 수지, 및 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 수지인 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명 수지가 시트인 적층체.
- 하기를 포함하는, 광색성을 갖는 투명 합성수지 적층체의 제조 방법:폴리우레탄 예비중합체와 경화제의 2 액형 폴리우레탄, 광색성 유기 화합물 및 용매의 혼합물을 투명 합성수지 시트의 한 면에 코팅한 후,혼합물로부터 용매를 제거하여 용매를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 상태로 만들고,이어서, 다른 투명 합성수지 시트를 상기 합성수지 시트의 코팅된 면에 접착시킨 후,2 액형 폴리우레탄을 경화시킴으로써광색층을 형성시킴.
