- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 가용성 발포 성분.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 첨가시 가용성 발포 성분 1 g 당 약 1.5 ml 이상의 기체를 대기 조건에서 방출하는 양으로 포집된 기체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 가용성 발포 성분.
