Claims (6)
- 세라믹 그린 시트 제조에 사용되고 기질 필름과 감광제 함유 부가반응성 실리콘 조성물로 된 경화층을 포함하는 공정필름으로서, 상기 경화층은 감광제 함유 부가반응성 실리콘 조성물층을 40-120℃ 온도 범위에서 0.01 내지 0.2g/m2범위의 고형물 함량으로 표현되는 코팅량으로 열처리하고 그후 자외선 조사처리를 행하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,기질 필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,부가반응성 실리콘 조성물은 작용기로서 비닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실옥산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,부가반응성 실리콘 조성물은 작용기로서 헥세닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실옥산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,부가반응성 실리콘 조성물은 작용기로서 헥세닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실옥산 및 작용기로서 비닐기를 갖는 폴리디메틸실옥산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정필름.
- 세라믹 그린 시트 제조를 위한 공정필름의 제조에 사용되고, 기질 필름에 감광제 함유 부가반응성 실리콘 조성물로 된 경화층을 포함하는 공정필름을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 경화층에 감광제 함유 부가반응성 실리콘 조성물층을 0.01 내지 0.2g/m2범위의 고형물 함량으로 표현되는 코팅량으로 부착한 후 40-120℃ 범위의 온도에서 열처리하고 또한 실리콘 조성물층을 자외선 조사하여 층을 경화시키는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정필름 제조방법.
