Claims (5)
- 모터에 의해 구동되는 용접장치에서의 가압축 구동장치로서, 모터의 출력축의 회전을 가압축의 왕복운동으로 변환시키는 볼나사기구를 하우징 내에 설치하고, 상기 가압축부재와 하우징 사이에 직선이동형 구름안내기구를 설치하는 경우에, 상기 하우징의 단면형상을 한쪽이 개방된 U자형상의 본체와 이 개방부를 덮는 플레이트로 구성하며, 볼나사기구와, 가압축부재와, 이 가압축부재에 고정부착된 직선이동형 구름축받이와, 이 직선이동형 구름축받이에 조합시킨 레일로 이루어지는 가압기구부재를 상기 하우징의 본체에 부착하고, 상기 플레이트를 하우징 본체의 개방부에 고정부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치에 있어서의 가압축 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 앞끝단을 앞벽으로 덮는 동시에, 이 앞벽에 가압축이 끼워 넣어지는 용도의 관통구멍을 형성하고, 이 관통구멍을 베어링 없이 한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치에 있어서의 가압축 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 U자형상의 본체에 고정아암의 뒤끝단부를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치에 있어서의 가압축 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 U자형상의 본체를 알루미늄합금의 압출성형재에 의해 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치에 있어서의 가압축 구동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 볼나사기구의 볼나사축의 뒤끝단부에 수동으로 이 볼나사축을 회전시키는 가공부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치에 있어서의 가압축 구동장치.
