Claims (6)
- 축체의 기부측에는 공작기의 회전부에 장착하기 위한 장착부를 구비하고, 축체의 선부측에는 공구를 지지하기 위한 지지부를 구비하고 있는 공구지지구에 있어서, 상기 축체의 외주부에 있어서는 길이방향을 향해 서로 떨어진 위치에 제 1 접부와 제 2 접부를 설정하고, 양접부 사이에는 나사부재를 회전구동시킴으로써 양접부의 사이에서 축체의 선부측 축선을 변위시키는 힘을 발생시키기 위한 진동수정수단을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구지지구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 축체의 외주부에 배치되는 진동수정수단을, 축체의 외주부의 둘레방향의 적어도 3 개소 이상의 균등위치에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구지지구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 진동수정수단은, 각각 제 1 접부와 제 2 접부에 맞닿게 하는 제 1 맞닿음부와 제 2 맞닿음부를 구비하는 맞닿음부재와, 상기 맞닿음부재의 제 1 맞닿음부와 제 2 맞닿음부를 각각 상기 제 1 접부와 제 2 접부로 밀어서 길이방향을 향해 서로 떨어진 위치에 양접부 사이에서 축체의 선단측 축선을 변위시키는 힘을 발생시키기 위한 나사부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구지지구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 진동수정수단은 제 1 접부 또는 제 2 접부에 맞닿게 하는 맞닿음부를 구비하는 맞닿음부재와, 상기 맞닿음부재에 설치되는 암나사구멍에 대하여 나사식 결합시키고, 또한 선단을 상기 2 개의 접부중 나머지 접부에 맞닿게 한 나사부재를 구비하고, 상기 나사부재를 회전구동시킴으로써 양접부 사이에서 축체의 선부측 축선을 변위시키는 힘을 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구지지구.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 진동수정수단은, 적어도 제 1 접부 또는 제 2 접부의 일측에 수나사부를 형성하고, 그 수나사부에 나사부재의 일측을 나사식 결합시키고, 나사부재의 타측은 나머지 부재에 맞닿게 하고, 상기 나사부재를 회전구동시킴으로써 양접부의 사이서 축체의 선부측 축선을 변위시키는 힘을 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구지지구.
- 축체의 기부측에는 공작기의 회전부에 장착하기 위한 장착부를 구비하고, 축체의 선부측에는 공구를 지지하기 위한 지지부를 구비하고 있는 공구지지구에 장착하여 사용하는 진동수정구로서, 상기 진동수정구는 상기 축체의 주위에 배치하는 환상체와, 그 환상체의 외주측에서 내주측을 향해 형성되어 있는 암나사구멍에 대하여 나사식 결합시킨 나사부재를 구비하고, 상기 환상체에 있어서의 1 개의 측면에는, 상기 축체의 외주면에 형성되어 있는 제 1 접부에 맞닿게 하기 위한 맞닿음부를 구비시키고, 상기 나사부재의 선단은 상기 제 1 접부에서 길이방향을 따라 멀어지는 위치에 형성되어 있는 제 2 접부에 대하여 맞닿을 수 있도록 되어 있고, 상기 나사부재를 회전구동시킴으로써 상기 양접부 사이에서 축체의 선부측 축선을 변위시키는 힘을 발생시키도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구지지구용 진동수정구.
