Description
なお、本発明において「回転部分」とは、主軸自体は勿論、主軸と一体に回転するドローバーや位置検出用のドク等の他の構成部品も含む。
特に、既存のタップ穴等にさらもみ加工を追加して、その穴を皿ねじを用いて塞ぐという簡易的な方法で済むので、コストアップも最小限となる。
図1は、マシニングセンタにおける主軸後部の説明図で、右が正面、左がそのA−A断面を夫々示す。1はハウジングで、複数の軸受5を介して主軸2を回転自在に支持している。4は軸受5間に設けられた間座、6はハウジング1の端面に取り付けられた押さえ蓋である。主軸2の軸心に形成された貫通穴には、ドローバー3が軸方向へ前後動可能に組み込まれており、図示しない油圧シリンダでドローバー3が前後動すると、図示されない工具クランプ装置がクランプ/アンクランプ動作して主軸2の先端に工具を着脱可能となっている。また、ドローバー3の端面にはリング状のドク9が取り付けられており、近接センサ21でドローバー3の位置を検知することで、工具が主軸2に取り付けられているか否かを判断可能としている。
特に、既存のタップ穴等にさらもみ加工を追加して、その穴を皿ねじを用いて塞ぐという簡易的な方法で済むので、コストアップも最小限となる。
また、皿ねじの端面は主軸や他の部品の端面と厳密に面一となる必要はなく、風切り音の発生が防止可能であれば、多少端面が突出したり、逆に没入したりしても差し支えない。
Claims (1)
- 後部の回転部分にバランス調整用の複数のタップ穴を有する主軸構造であって、
前記各タップ穴の全てをさらもみすると共に、前記各タップ穴の全てに、ねじ込み状態で端面が前記回転部分の端面と略面一となる皿ねじを、夫々長さを変えてバランス錘としてねじ込むようにしたことを特徴とする主軸構造。
