また、本発明に係る他の取付部材は、長手方向に伸びる軸部材と、前記軸部材に対して前記長手方向に沿って移動可能に取り付けられた移動部材とを有する運動案内装置にセンサを取り付ける取付部材であって、締結手段によって前記移動部材に形成された締結孔に固定可能な固定部と、前記センサを取り付けるセンサ取付部とを備え、前記締結孔は、前記移動部材の径方向に伸びるフランジに所定の間隔で複数形成され、前記固定部は、複数の前記締結孔のうち、互いに隣り合わない2以上の締結孔に対応して形成されることを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 長手方向に伸びる軸部材と、前記軸部材に対して前記長手方向に沿って移動可能に取り付けられた移動部材とを有する運動案内装置にセンサを取り付ける取付部材であって、
締結手段によって前記移動部材に形成された締結孔に固定可能な固定部と、
前記センサを取り付けるセンサ取付部とを備え、
前記センサ取付部の前記移動部材と対向する面には、前記締結孔に締結された締結手段との接触を防止する逃げ部が形成されることを特徴とする取付部材。 - 請求項1に記載の取付部材において、
前記固定部は、少なくとも2以上形成されることを特徴とする取付部材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の取付部材において、
前記締結孔は、前記移動部材の径方向に伸びるフランジに所定の間隔で複数形成され、
前記固定部は、複数の前記締結孔のうち、互いに隣り合わない2以上の締結孔に対応して形成されることを特徴とする取付部材。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の取付部材において、
前記センサ取付部の厚さは、前記センサの厚さの1.2倍以上であることを特徴とする取付部材。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の取付部材において、
前記固定部は、前記締結孔及び前記移動部材を取り付ける相手部材と共締めして取り付けられることを特徴とする取付部材。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の取付部材を備えた移動部材を有することを特徴とする運動案内装置。
