Description
Claims (3)
- 長手方向に沿って転走面を有する軌道部材と、前記転走面を転がる多数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に組み付けられて当該軌道部材に沿って移動自在であると共に、前記転動体の無限循環路を有する移動部材と、を備え、
前記移動部材は、
前記軌道部材の転走面と対向して前記転動体の負荷通路を構成する負荷転走面及び当該負荷通路と平行な前記転動体の無負荷戻し通路を有する本体部材と、
前記負荷通路と前記無負荷戻し通路との間で転動体を往来させる方向転換路を有すると共に、前記本体部材に対してその移動方向の両端に装着される一対の蓋体と、
少なくとも前記本体部材と一方の蓋体との間に介装されて前記無限循環路の一部を構成すると共に、前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の動作状況を検出するセンサの取付け部を有する測定プレートと、
を備えたことを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 前記測定プレートは、前記軌道部材の転走面に対向して前記転動体を前記負荷通路と前記方向転換路との間で案内する無負荷連絡通路と、前記転動体を前記本体部材の戻し通路と前記蓋体の方向転換路との間で案内する連絡戻し通路と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
- 前記測定プレートは潤滑剤の供給配管が接続される供給口を有し、当該供給口から前記軌道部材の転走面又は前記転動体に対して潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤通路を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり案内装置。
