Claims (10)
- (A)하기 화학식 1로 나타내는 (메트)아크릴로일기-함유 화합물(이후에 "성분(A)"로 함) 20-94.9중량%:(화학식 1)(상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R2는 2-6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌기 또는 히드록시알킬렌기를 나타내고, R3은 2가 유기기를 나타내고, n은 0 내지 6의 정수이고, m은 1 내지 10의 정수이며, L은 0 또는 1의 정수이다);(B)하기 화학식 2로 나타내는 (메트)아크릴로일기-함유 화합물(이후에 "성분(B)"로 함)의 5-79.9중량%:(화학식 2)(상기 화학식 2에서, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R5는 2-6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌기를 나타내고, p는 1 내지 16의 정수이다)(C)360nm의 파장에서 100L·mol-1·㎝-1이상 및 450nm의 파장에서 100L·mol-1·㎝-1이하의 몰흡수계수를 갖는 방사선 활성 개시제(이후 "성분(C)"라고 함) 0.1 내지 10중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 주조 중합용 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 100-20000cps의 점도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,경화시 상기 조성물은 10% 이하의 경화수축율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 성형물로 주조하고, 상기 수지를 방사선으로 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물건의 제조방법.
- 1.53 이상의 굴절율을 가지며, 제 4 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 생성물은 23℃ 장력하에서 10-250kg/㎟의 탄성계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 생성물은 H 이상의 연필경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 생성물은 ΔE에서 3미만의 투명도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,렌즈, 디스크, 프리즘 또는 렌즈 시트의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광학재에 대해 플라스틱 필름 기판용 코팅재의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
