Claims (1)
- 산수유를 주재로 한 건강식품의 제조방법에 있어서;씨를 제거한 산수유와, 구기자, 복분자를 고압세척 후 산수유 49중량%, 구기자 46중량%, 복분자 5중량%의 비율로 초음파추출기로 투입하는 공정과,초음파추출기로 투입된 산수유, 구기자, 복분자를 스팀열을 이용하여 가온되는 3중 쟈켓에서 기압 2kg/㎠, 온도 120℃의 조건하에서 추출액을 추출하는 공정과,추출된 추출액을 여과 필터를 거쳐 여과하는 공정과,여과된 추출액을 약 50~60℃의 저온에서 진공농축을 행하는 공정과,진공농축된 추출물을 자동제환기에서 최종 Bx 65% 이상으로 농축하여 자동제환기에서 제환하는 공정과,제환된 약재를 열순환 방식의 건조기에서 내부온도 70℃에서 12시간 이상 환을 완전건조시킨 후 체로 선별후 정량포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산수유를 주재로 한 건강식품의 제조방법.
