本发明涉及一种保健食品,尤其是一种以中草药为原料制成的能调节血压功能的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
血压指血管内的血液对于单位面积血管壁的侧压力,即压强。由于血管分动脉、毛细血管和静脉,所以,也就有动脉血压、毛细血管压和静脉血压。通常所说的血压是指动脉血压。当血管扩张时,血压下降;血管收缩时,血压升高。
与血压有关的疾病:①高血压:静息时动脉血压长期超出正常变动范围特别是舒张压长期超过90毫米汞柱就可以认为是高血压,属于病理范畴。高血压和动脉硬化是心脏和肾脏疾病的主要病因。收缩压升高而舒张压并不升高多由动脉硬化心脏瓣膜破损,心门漏血,甲状腺功能亢进,严重贫血引起。舒张压过高多由肾脏病,肾上腺肿瘤或肾上腺功能亢进所引起。轻度高血压危害不大,严重的长期高血压会损伤动脉,导致心力衰竭、脑水肿乃至脑溢血。用部分结扎肾动脉的方法可在狗和其它动物制造实验性高血压。很多降压药处理高血压有效。低盐饮食对10%以上高血压病人有效。超重引起的高血压应进行减肥治疗。药物处理无效的高血压病人交感神经切断手术对约10%的病人有效。②低血压:动脉血压长期低于正常值但无明显症状的状态,这种人偶有眩晕等不适感。由卧位或蹲坐突然快速起立时常出现体位性低血压而导致脑供血不足的昏迷虚脱。低血压的人心血管系统受损较少,故能长寿。但大出血﹑严重外伤﹑心脏病猝发或严重烧伤引起的病理性低血压则应采取输血等急救措施以免危及生命。
高血压的危害: 冠心病:高血压是冠心病的主要危险因素之一,高血压病病人患冠心病的危险是正常者的2倍,长期高血压不治疗,有50%死于冠心病。 糖尿病:在糖尿病人群中,高血压的发病率是正常人群的2倍。糖尿病与高血压并存相当常见,它是病人发生动脉硬化和肾功能衰竭的重要原因。心力衰竭:心力衰竭是高血压的常见并发症,流行病学研究表明40%~50%的心衰起因于高血压。血压越高,又没有治疗,发展为心衰的可能性越大。有人对5314例高血压病人随访14.1年,有392例发生心衰,高血压已被认为是导致左心室肥厚和心肌梗塞的主要危险,而左心室肥厚和心梗可引起心脏功能不全,因此,高血压在心衰历程中起着重要作用。高血脂:有人研究高血压与总胆固醇升高和高密度脂蛋白水平降低密切相关,血脂代谢紊乱,使心血管病的危险性和发病率明显增加。肾病:在人类,肾脏参与高血压的形成与维持,反过来,肾脏又因血压升高而损害,长期高血压没有治疗,可引起终末期肾功能衰竭,或加速肾实质的破坏导致原发或继发的肾脏疾病。周围动脉疾病:高血压使间歇性跛行的危险增加3倍,可能是因为血压升高使某些特定的部位如下肢动脉、颈动脉、冠状动脉硬化加速,导致下肢动脉发生缺血、营养障碍,甚至坏死。中风:高血压脑卒中的发生率是正常血压的7.76倍,还有研究表明,降压治疗可使中风发生率降低40%,冠心病危险降低15%。左室肥厚:在所有高血压病人中,有20%~30%可查到左室肥厚,轻度高血压患者发生左心室肥厚比正常血压增多2~3倍,而重度高血压可达10倍。左心室肥厚是心梗的一个潜在危险因素,并影响左室收缩功能,因此高血压左室肥厚是一个与心血管发病率和死亡率密切相关的重要危险因素。
随着我国经济的飞速发展,国民生活水平的提高,饮食不平衡,缺乏运动等等导致了患高血压的人越来越多。中药在治疗高血压有显著地功效,其表现在①改善症状,提高生活质量;②调节代谢,改善胰岛素抵抗;③减少蛋白尿,防治肾脏早期损害;④阵线前移,及早干预动脉硬化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种包括有杜仲叶提取物、苦瓜提取物、枳椇子提取物、白蒺藜提取物、芹菜提取物、银杏叶提取物能调节血压功能的保健食品及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种能调节血压功能的保健食品,其配方成分包括(重量份):杜仲叶提取物:30~50份,苦瓜提取物:10~30份,枳椇子提取物:5~15份,白蒺藜提取物:5~15份,芹菜提取物:5~15份,银杏叶提取物:5~15份,助流剂:0.8~1.2份。所述的杜仲叶提取物的标志性成分为绿原酸,该绿原酸的含量不低于10.0%,详细组分是:
绿原酸≥10.0%;
水分≤13.0%;
灰分≤5.0%;
砷(以As计)≤2.0mg/kg;
镉(以Cd计)≤0.3mg/kg;
汞(以Hg计)≤0.2mg/kg;
所述的苦瓜提取物的标志性成分为苦瓜素,该苦瓜素的含量不低于10.0%,详细组分是:
苦瓜素≥10.0%;
水分≤5.0%;
灰分≤5.0%;
重金属≤20mg/kg;
砷(以As计)≤2.0mg/kg;
汞(以Hg计)≤2.0mg/kg;
所述的枳椇子提取物的标志性成分为枳椇子皂苷,该皂苷的含量不低于10.0%,详细组分是:
枳椇子皂苷≥10.0%;

灰分≤8.0%;
重金属≤20mg/kg;

进一步,本发明优选配方成分重量份是:杜仲叶提取物:40份,苦瓜提取物:20份,枳椇子提取物:10份,白蒺藜提取物:10份,芹菜提取物:10份,银杏叶提取物:10份,助流剂:1份。所述的杜仲叶提取物的标志性成分为绿原酸,该绿原酸的含量不低于10.0%,详细组分是:

本发明一种能调节血压功能的保健食品,将其制成为片剂。
本发明一种能调节血压功能的保健食品的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)按权利要求1中的配比将杜仲叶、苦瓜、枳椇子、白蒺藜、芹菜、银杏叶配料配料投入蒸煮锅内加水蒸煮,反复煎煮2次,再经浓缩后得混合浓缩液,通过喷雾干燥得干燥的物料颗粒;
(2)混合辅料:将喷雾干燥后的物料颗粒按权利要求1所述配比加入助流剂,投入混合器内,混合25~35min;
(3)制成品:直接压片制片剂,每片内容物0.25~0.35g;
(4)包装入库。
本发明结合理化性质,从功能、吸收、稳定性等多方面考虑,胶囊、片剂、颗粒剂均可作为产品剂型。着重以人群为研究对象,选用片剂作为产品剂型,具有生物利用度高、服用方便等特点。
杜仲叶为杜仲科植物杜仲Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.的干燥叶。夏、秋二季枝叶茂盛时采收,晒干或低温烘干。落叶乔木,高达20m。树皮灰褐色,粗糙,折断拉开有多数细丝。幼枝有黄褐色毛,后变无毛,老枝有皮孔。单叶互生;叶柄长1~2cm,上面有槽,被散生长毛;叶片椭圆形、卵形或长圆形,长6~15cm,宽3.5~6.5cm,先端渐尖,基部圆形或阔楔形,上面暗绿色,下面淡绿,老叶略有皱纹,边缘有锯齿;侧脉6~9对。花单性,雌雄异株,花生于当年枝基部,雄花无花被,花梗无毛;雄蕊长约1cm,无毛,无退化雌蕊;雌花单生,花梗长约8mm,子房1室,先端2裂,子房柄极短。翅果扁平,长椭圆形,先端2裂,基部楔形,周围具薄翅;坚果位于中央,与果梗相接处有关节。早春开花,秋后果实成熟。功效:补肝肾药;强筋骨药;降血压药。
苦瓜又名凉瓜,是葫芦科植物,为一年生攀缘草本。茎、枝、叶柄及花梗披有柔毛,腋生卷须。叶子的直径达3至12厘米,有5至7道掌状深裂,裂片呈椭圆形,外沿有锯齿。春夏之交开花,雌雄同株,黄色。果实长椭圆形,表面具有多数不整齐瘤状突起。种子藏于肉质果实之中,成熟时有红色的囊裹着。苦瓜是人们喜爱的一种蔬菜,原产地不清楚,但一般认为是原产于热带地区。在南亚、东南亚、中国、和加勒比海群岛均有广泛的种植。性寒,苦。
枳椇子是拐枣的果实,为阳性树种,生向阳山坡、山谷、 沟边及路旁或栽培;主要分布陕西、江西、安徽、浙江、广东、福建、湖北、湖南、广西、四川、贵州、云南等省。万寿果树是稀有树种,为木本植物,树高五至十几米不等,果树每年入春开花,10月果实成熟,果实形态酷似楷书“万”子,故称之树为万寿果树,果则为万寿果,果实熟透可生吃,果肉多浆,无果核,种子裸露在果肉之外,味浆甜略有甘涩,亦可做汤,汤味独特醇香。果实有益气补血功效,老少皆宜。李时珍《本草纲目》说它“味甘、性平、无毒,有止渴除烦,去膈上热,润五脏,利大小便,功同蜂蜜”。枳椇子中含有麦草碱、B-咔啉、枳椇甙C、D、G、H、鼠李碱等,具有抗脂质过氧化和降低血压等作用。
白蒺藜,又名蒺藜(学名:Tribulus terrestris英文名称: Caltrop, Puncturevine Caltrop, Puncture Vine),为蒺藜科蒺藜属植物。茎皮纤维可供作制纸之用;种子榨油可供作工业用,油饼则可作为肥料;全草于秋季时晒干可熏杀蚊虫;亦可作为牧草。本种果实因具刺状物而得名刺蒺藜。性味与归经:辛、苦,微温;有小毒。归肝经。
芹菜,属伞形科植物。有水芹、旱芹两种,功能相近,药用以旱芹为佳。旱芹香气较浓,又名“香芹。芹菜性凉,味甘辛,无毒;入肝,胆,心包经。主治清热除烦,平肝,。主治高血压,头痛,头晕,暴热烦渴,黄疸,水肿,小便热涩不利,妇女月经不调,赤白带下.瘰疬.痄腮等病症。芹菜性凉质滑,故脾胃虚寒,肠滑不固者食之宜慎。它有大量的胶质性碳酸钙,易被人体吸收,可补充双腿所需钙质,还能预防下半身浮肿。
银杏叶(学名:Ginkgo biloba)是一种具有很高药用价值的植物。银杏,别名白果、公孙树,属裸子植物,和它同门的所有其他植物都已灭绝,被称为“孑遗植物”。银杏叶是目前世界公认的治、防心脑血管疾病最理想的药物成份。味微苦,性平,具有益心、活血止痛、敛肺平喘、化湿止泻的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
1.原料处理:按以下比例将杜仲叶40份、苦瓜20份、枳椇子10份、白蒺藜10份、芹菜10份、银杏叶10份投入蒸煮锅内加水蒸煮,反复煎煮2次,再经浓缩后得混合浓缩液,通过喷雾干燥得干燥的物料颗粒。
2.混合辅料:在30万级洁净区内,将喷雾干燥后的物料颗粒与1%微粉硅胶混合30min,确保均匀。
3.直接压片:在30万级洁净区内,用压片机压片,每片内容物0.30g,压片期间应注意监测是否有裂片、松片、粘冲、叠片、片重差异、变色或是有斑点等问题。
4.内包装:在30万级洁净区内,内包装采用符合YBB00122002标准要求的口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶包装,每瓶120片。
5.外包装:中包装用纸盒,每盒1瓶,大包装采用瓦楞纸箱。
6.检验:按照有关标准检验。
7.入库:产品经检验合格后方可入库。
实施例2:
1.原料处理:按以下比例将杜仲叶30份、苦瓜10份、枳椇子5份、白蒺藜5份、芹菜5份、银杏叶5份投入蒸煮锅内加水蒸煮,反复煎煮2次,再经浓缩后得混合浓缩液,通过喷雾干燥得干燥的物料颗粒。
2.混合辅料:在30万级洁净区内,将喷雾干燥后的物料颗粒与0.8%微粉硅胶混合25min,确保均匀。
3.直接压片:在30万级洁净区内,用压片机压片,每片内容物0.25g,压片期间应注意监测是否有裂片、松片、粘冲、叠片、片重差异、变色或是有斑点等问题。
4.内包装:在30万级洁净区内,内包装采用符合YBB00122002标准要求的口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶包装,每瓶160片。
5.外包装:中包装用纸盒,每盒1瓶,大包装采用瓦楞纸箱。
6.检验:按照有关标准检验。
7.入库:产品经检验合格后方可入库。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的有调节血压功能的保健食品,其特征是将该保健食品制成片剂。
5.一种有调节血压功能的保健食品及其制备方法,其特征是其工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)原料处理:按权利要求1中的配比将杜仲叶、苦瓜、枳椇子、白蒺藜、芹菜、银杏叶配料配料投入蒸煮锅内加水蒸煮,反复煎煮2次,再经浓缩后得混合浓缩液,通过喷雾干燥得干燥的物料颗粒;
(2)混合辅料:将喷雾干燥后的物料颗粒按权利要求1所述配比加入助流剂,投入混合器内,混合25~35min;
(3)制成品:直接压片制片剂,每片内容物0.25~0.35g;
(4)包装入库。
