Claims (16)
- 제 1리세스가 형성된 제 1내벽을 가지고 있는 캐버티가 구비되어 있는 수지성형 금형을 준비하는 단계;상기 수지성형 금형의 상기 캐버티 내에 위치되어 인서트수지와 일체로 성형되며, 상기 수지성형 금형의 제 1리세스에 끼워 맞추어지는 제 1금속부를 가지고 있는 금속부재를 준비하는 단계;상기 금속부재를 상기 캐버티에 배치하고, 상기 금속부재의 상기 제 1금속부를 상기 수지성형 금형의 상기 제 1리세스에 끼워 맞추는 단계; 및상기 수지성형 금형의 상기 캐버티에 수지를 주입하여, 상기 금속부재와 일체로 인서트수지를 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수지성형 금형의 상기 제 1리세스의 측면이 상기 제 1리세스의 저면에 실질적으로 수직하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1금속부가 상기 제 1리세스와 끼워 맞추어져 있어서, 상기 캐버티 내로 수지가 흐르는 것을 상기 금속부의 외면으로 차단함으로써, 상기 제 1금속부의 상기 외면에 수지 버르가 형성되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1리세스가 실질적으로 U자형의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재의 실질적으로 파이프 형상의 원통부의 내주면과 끼워 맞추어져 있는 돌기가 상기 캐버티의 중앙에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 2리세스를 더 포함하여, 상기 제 1 및 제 2리세스 각각이 상기 캐버티의 대향하고 있는 내벽에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재는 중앙에 실질적으로 파이프 형상의 원통부 및 상기 파이프 형상의 원통부의 한 단면에 형성된 플랜지와 유사한 상면부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제 1금속부는 상기 상면부의 한 단면을 상기 실질적으로 파이프 형상의 원통부의 방향으로 굴곡시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 제 1금속부는 대략 중앙에 관통홀이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 제조방법에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
- 내부도체;제 1 및 제 2금속부를 가지고 있는 외부도체; 및상기 내부도체와 상기 외부도체를 일체화시키는 수지를 포함하고 있는 인서트수지 성형품으로서,상기 성형품은 상기 제 1금속부가 중첩되는 제 1측면을 가지고 있고;상기 수지는 상기 제 1금속부에 인접하고 있는 상기 제 1측면에서 한 표면을 형성하고;상기 수지 표면은 제 1금속부의 표면으로부터 움푹 들어가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 제 1금속부가 U자형의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 제 1측면과 대향하여 배치된 상기 성형품의 제 2측면에 설치된 제 2금속부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 외부도체는 중앙에 실질적으로 파이프 형상의 원통부 및 상기 파이프 형상의 원통부의 한 단면에 형성된 플랜지와 유사한 상면부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 제 1금속부는 상기 상면부의 한 단면을 상기 실질적으로 파이프 형상의 원통부의 방향으로 굴곡시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 제 1금속부는 대략 중앙에 관통홀이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트수지 성형품.
