Abstract

Description

전자 디스플레이의 원격 영상 검증 시스템 및 방법
본 발명은 일반적으로 전자 디스플레이의 화면 캡처 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
본원은 2016년 5월 31일자로 출원된 미국특허 가출원 제62/343,478호에 대한 우선권을 주장하는 바, 이는 그 전체로서 이 명세서에 참고로 포함되어 있다.
전자 디스플레이(electronic display)들은 흔히 광고 영상을 디스플레이하는 데 사용된다. 전자 디스플레이는 많은 청중들에게 보이도록 공공장소에 위치될 수 있다. 개인 또는 회사는 일반적으로 이 전자 디스플레이 상에 그들의 광고 영상이 주기적으로 디스플레이되도록 요금을 지불한다.

프로세서(110)는 현재 디스플레이되는 영상을 감시하고 영상을 제출한 고객(client)이 영상 검증을 요구했는지 알 수 있도록 점검(check)할 수 있다. 고객이 영상 검증을 요청하지 않았다면, 영상 검증 시스템(100)은 정상적으로 작동을 계속한다. 고객이 영상 검증을 요청했다면, 프로세서(110)는 화면 캡처 장치(108)에게 디스플레이된 영상의 화면을 캡처하도록 지령할 수 있다. 영상이 비디오라면 화면 캡처 장치(108)는 비디오의 정지 영상 스크린샷(screen shot)을 캡처하거나 디스플레이되는 광고 비디오의 클립(clip)을 저장할 수 있다. 영상이 정지 영상이라면, 화면 캡처 장치(108)는 디스플레이되는 영상의 스크린샷을 캡처할 수 있다. 화면 캡처는 프로세서(110)에 전기적으로 연결되고 전자 디스플레이(102)에 국부적으로 위치하는 전자 저장 장치(electronic storage device; 112)에 저장되거나 또는 네트워크 연결 장치(network connection device; 114)를 통해 원격에 위치할 수 있는 네트워크 데이터베이스(networked database; 120)로 전송한다.

Claims (22)

  1. 전자 디스플레이에 디스플레이되는 영상을 원격 검증하는 시스템으로, 상기 시스템은:
    타이밍 및 제어 보드(TCON)와;
    비디오 재생기와;
    전자 디스플레이와, TCON과, 및 비디오 재생기와 연결되어, 영상의 화면을 캡처하는 화면 캡처 장치와;
    비디오 재생기 및 화면 캡처 장치에 연결되어, 화면 캡처 장치가 영상 인증 요청이 수신된 영상의 화면을 캡처하도록 지령하도록 구성되는 프로세서와;
    프로세서에 연결되어, 상기 화면 캡처를 저장하도록 구성되는 전자 저장 장치와;
    프로세서에 연결되어, 웹 호스팅 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 원격에 위치한 사용자들로부터 상기 영상 인증 요청들을 수신하도록 구성된 네트워크 연결 장치와; 그리고
    상기 전자 디스플레이로부터 원격에 위치하며 상기 네트워크 연결 장치에 연결되어, 상기 화면 캡처를 수신하도록 구성되는 네트워크 데이터베이스;를 포함하여 구성되며,
    상기 영상 인증 요청들 중 하나가 수신된 특정한 광고 영상이 전자 디스플레이 상에 디스플레이되도록 예약되었을 때에만 화면을 캡처하도록 프로세서가 화면 캡처 장치에 지령하도록 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 네트워크 데이터베이스와 네트워크 연결 장치가 인터넷을 통해 서로 통신하는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    프로세서가 일정한 간격으로 영상의 화면을 캡처하도록 화면 캡처 장치에 지령하도록 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.

  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 화면 캡처 장치가 상기 화면 캡처에 시간 및 일자 정보를 추가하도록 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.

    상기 프로세서가 상기 전자 디스플레이 상의 각 새로운 영상을 화면 캡처하도록 화면 캡처 장치에 지령하도록 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 화면 캡처 장치가 상기 화면 캡처에 체크섬 데이터를 추가하도록 구성되고; 그리고
    상기 프로세서가 이미 저장된 화면 캡처의 체크섬 데이터에 부합하는 체크섬 데이터를 가지는 화면 캡처들을 폐기하도록 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.

    네트워크 데이터베이스 상에 저장된 상기 화면 캡처들에 대한 억세스를 허용하도록 구성되는 사용자 인터페이스와; 그리고
    상기 네트워크 데이터베이스와 통신하여 상기 사용자 인터페이스를 디스플레이하도록 구성되는 전자 장치를 더 포함하는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.

    적어도 상기 전자 디스플레이에 대한 내후성(weather resistant) 외함을 더 포함하고, 상기 영상은 광고를 포함하는, 원격 영상 검증 시스템.
  13. 전자 디스플레이에 디스플레이되는 영상을 원격 검증하는 시스템으로,
    영상 검증 요청을 수신하고 그리고 각각의 미리 정해진 시간 주기 동안, 정적 디지털 광고 영상을 전자 디스플레이에 디스플레이하도록 비디오 재생기에 지령을 하는 프로세서와;
    전자 디스플레이에 디스플레이되는 영상의 스크린샷을 캡처하고 그리고 화면 캡처에 체크섬 데이터를 추가하도록 구성되는 화면 캡처 장치와;
    상기 프로세서로부터 명령을 수신하여 상기 영상에 관한 데이터를 상기 전자 디스플레이와 상기 화면 캡처 장치로 출력하는 비디오 재생기와;
    상기 프로세서에 연결되며 다양한 영상이 상기 전자 디스플레이에 디스플레이를 위해 프로그램될 때를 나타내는 스케쥴을 포함하여 상기 스크린샷을 저장하도록 구성되는 전자 저장 장치와;
    프로세서에 연결되며 웹사이트 상에 호스팅된 사용자 인터페이스로부터 전자 디스플레이 상에 표시되도록 예정된 하나 이상의 영상을 화면 캡처하라는 원격에 위치한 사용자들로부터의 하나 이상의 요청을 수신하도록 구성된 네트워크 연결 장치와; 그리고
    상기 전자 디스플레이로부터 원격에 위치하며 상기 네트워크 연결 장치에 연결되어, 상기 스크린샷을 수신하도록 구성되는 네트워크 데이터베이스;를 포함하여 구성되며;
    전자 디스플레이에 디스플레이를 위해 현재 예정된 영상에 대한 영상 검증 요청이 수신되었을 때만, 상기 프로세서는 상기 화면 캡처 장치가 스크린샷을 캡처하게 지령하도록 구성되며,
    상기 프로세서는 이미 저장된 화면 캡처에 연관된 체크섬 데이터와 부합하는 체크섬 데이터를 가지는 화면 캡처를 폐기하도록 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 시스템.

    전자 디스플레이, 비디오 재생기, 화면 캡처 장치, 상기 전자 디스플레이 상에 표시되는 영상의 스케쥴을 포함하는 전자 저장 장치, 네트워크 연결 장치, 및 네트워크 데이터베이스와 연결되는 프로세서를 제공하는 단계와;
    전자 디스플레이 상에 표시되도록 예정된 하나 이상의 영상을 화면 캡처하라는 사용자 요청을 웹사이트로부터 네트워크 연결 장치를 통해 수신하는 단계와;
    비디오 재생기가 전자 디스플레이에 영상을 디스플레이하게 출력하도록 지령하는 단계와;
    디스플레이가 예정된 영상에 대해 화면 캡처 요청이 수신된 경우 전자 디스플레이 상에 표시되는 영상을 화면 캡처하도록 화면 캡처 장치에 지시하는 단계와;
    화면 캡처를 전자 저장 장치 상에 저장하는 단계와;
    네트워크 연결 장치를 통해 화면 캡처를 네트워크 데이터베이스에 전송하는 단계와; 그리고
    네트워크 데이터베이스에 저장된 화면 캡처에 대한 억세스를 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 원격 영상 검증 방법.

    화면 캡처 상에 체크섬 데이터를 제공하는 단계와;

    화면 캡처를 압축하는 단계를 더 포함하는 원격 영상 검증 방법.
