도 4는 실시 형태 1에 관한 것이며, 전지를 전지 두께 방향으로 압축한 모습을 도시하는 설명도.
도 5는 실시 형태 1에 관한 전지의 단락 검사 방법에 관한 것이며, 전지에 외부 전원을 접속한 상태의 회로도.
도 6은 양품 및 불량품의 각 전지에 대하여, 전압 인가 시간과 출력 전압, 전지 전압 및 전류의 관계를 모식적으로 도시하는 그래프.

Claims (8)
- 축전 디바이스(1)의 내부 단락을 검사하는 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법에 있어서,
미리 충전된 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 검지 전 디바이스 전압(VB1)을 측정하는 전압 측정 공정(S5)과,
외부 전원(EP)으로부터, 상기 검지 전 디바이스 전압(VB1)과 동일한 출력 전압(VS)을 상기 축전 디바이스(1)에 계속해서 인가하여, 상기 외부 전원(EP)으로부터 상기 축전 디바이스(1)에 흐르는 전류(IB)의 경시 변화 또는 안정시 전류값(IBs)을 검지하는 전류 검지 공정(S6)과,
검지한 상기 전류(IB)의 경시 변화 또는 상기 안정시 전류값(IBs)에 기초하여, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 내부 단락을 판정하는 판정 공정(S9)을 포함하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법 . - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)을, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 디바이스 온도(TB)가 정온의 디바이스 검사 온도(TB1)인 조건에서 행하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 전, 및, 상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)의 도중에 상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)의 공정과 병행하여, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 디바이스 온도(TB(n))를, 간격을 두고 복수회 측정하고, 얻어진 상기 디바이스 온도(TB(n))의 변동이 허용 온도 변동 범위(DTB) 내인 경우에, 상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)을 계속하는 디바이스 온도 체크 공정(S7)을 더 포함하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 전, 및, 상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)의 도중에 상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)의 공정과 병행하여, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 환경 온도(TK(n))를, 간격을 두고 복수회 측정하고, 얻어진 상기 환경 온도(TK(n))의 변동이 허용 온도 변동 범위(DTK) 내인 경우에, 상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)을 계속하는, 환경 온도 체크 공정(S8)을 더 포함하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 전에, 미리 정한 방치 시간(PT)에 걸쳐, 미리 충전된 상기 축전 디바이스(1)를 40∼85℃의 환경 온도(TK)인 조건에 방치하는 고온 에이징 공정(S3)과,
상기 고온 에이징 공정(S3) 후, 강제 냉각 또는 방치 냉각에 의해, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 디바이스 온도(TB)를 상기 디바이스 검사 온도(TB1)로 하는 냉각 공정을 더 포함하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 전에, 미리 충전된 상기 축전 디바이스(1)를 상기 디바이스 검사 온도(TB1)와 동일한 환경 온도(TK)(TK=TB1)인 조건에 방치하여, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 상기 디바이스 온도(TB)를 상기 디바이스 검사 온도(TB1)로 하는 방치 공정을 더 포함하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전압 측정 공정(S5) 및 상기 전류 검지 공정(S6)을, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 정극판(21)과, 부극판(31)과, 상기 정극판(21)과 부극판(31) 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터(41)를, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 외부로부터 미리 정한 압축력으로, 상기 세퍼레이터(41)의 두께 방향으로 압축한 상태에서 행하는, 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법. - 축전 디바이스의 제조 방법에 있어서,
조립한 미충전의 축전 디바이스(1x)를 미리 정한 충전 상태까지 첫 충전하여, 미리 충전된 축전 디바이스로 하는 첫 충전 공정(S2)과,
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사 방법에 의해, 상기 축전 디바이스(1)의 단락 검사를 행하는 검사 공정을 포함하는, 축전 디바이스의 제조 방법.
