Claims (12)
- 촉매의 존재하, 염화수소를 함유하는 가스 중의 염화수소를, 산소를 함유하는 가스를 사용하여, 산화시키는 염소의 제조 방법으로서, 염화수소의 산화를 2 이상의 직렬로 배열된 촉매 충전층으로 이루어지는 반응역에서 실시하고, 또한 직렬로 배열된 촉매 충전층으로 이루어지는 반응역을 갖는 반응관을 병렬로 배열하고, 외측에 재킷부를 갖는 다관식 열교환기형의 고정상 다관식 반응기를 사용하여, 이 반응역 중 하나 이상의 반응역의 온도 제어를 열교환방식으로 실시하는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응관내에 2 종 이상의 촉매를 충전함으로써, 2 이상의 직렬로 배열된 촉매 충전층으로 이루어지는 반응역이 형성되는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2 이상의 반응역의 온도를 독립적으로 제어함으로써, 2 이상의 직렬로 배열된 촉매 충전층으로 이루어지는 반응역이 형성되는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응역 중 2 이상의 반응역의 온도 제어를 열교환 방식으로 실시하는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전체 반응역의 온도 제어를 열교환 방식에 의해 실시하는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2 이상의 직렬로 배열된 촉매 충전층으로 이루어지는 반응역 중에서 원료가 최초로 도입되는 반응역인 제 1 반응역의 비율이 전체 반응역의 합계의 70 체적% 이하인 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 반응역의 열전도도가 가장 높아지도록 촉매만, 촉매와 불활성 물질, 촉매와 담체, 또는 촉매와 불활성 물질과 담체를 충전하는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 반응역에서 최종반응역을 향해 가스의 흐름방향으로 반응역의 열전도도가 순차적으로 낮아지도록 촉매만, 촉매와 불활성 물질, 촉매와 담체, 또는 촉매와 불활성 물질과 담체를 충전하는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응역에, 제 1 반응역에서 최종반응역을 향해 가스의 흐름방향으로 반응역의 활성이 순차적으로 높아지도록 촉매만, 촉매와 불활성 물질, 촉매와 담체, 또는 촉매와 불활성 물질과 담체를 충전하는 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종반응역의 출구의 가스온도가 200 내지 350 ℃ 인 염 소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공탑기준의 가스선속도가 0.2 내지 10 m/s 인 염소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산소를 함유하는 가스를 분할하여 반응역으로 도입하는 염소의 제조 방법.
