Abstract

본 발명은 일반적으로 전자 장치, 더 특히 재현(recall) 장치에 관한 것이다.

몇몇의 실시예에서, 제조품(articles of manufacture)은 컴퓨터 프로그램 제 품으로 제공된다. 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품의 한 실시예는 컴퓨터가 판독할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램 저장 매체와 컴퓨터 프로그램을 엔코딩하는 것을 제공한다. 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품의 다른 실시예는 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 반송파에서 구현된 컴퓨터 데이터 신호와 컴퓨터 프로그램을 엔코딩하는 것에서 제공될 수도 있다.

재현 장치(102)의 확대 도면을 박스(104) 안에 도시한다. 카메라(106)는 어안 렌즈, 광각 렌즈, 또는 임의의 다른 유형의 렌즈를 포함할 수 있고, 재현 장치(102)의 가운데에 놓여 있지만, 카메라(106)는 재현 장치(102)내의 다른 위치에도 놓일 수 있다.
네 개의 발광 다이오드(LED)가 재현 장치(102)의 앞면에 놓여 있다. 발광 다이오드(108)는 주어진 임계값보다 검출된 음향 레벨에 있어 큰 증가가 있거나 혹은 주어진 기간 안에 평균 음향 레벨에 있어 상당한 변화가 있는 것과 같은 음향 켑처 컨디션의 검출을 신호한다. 발광 다이오드(110)는 검출된 각도의 변화가 임계값(예, 20o)보다 큰 것과 같은 움직임의 캡처 컨디션의 검출을 신호한다. 발광 다이오드(112)는 주어진 기간 안에 평균 조도(light level)에 있어 상당한 변화가 있거나 혹은 주어진 임계값보다 검출된 조도에 있어 큰 증가가 있는 것과 같은 조도 켑처 컨디션의 검출을 신호한다. 발광 다이오드(114)는 주어진 임계값보다 검출된 주변 온도 레벨에 있어 큰 증가가 있거나 혹은 주어진 기간 안에 주변 온도 레벨에 있어 상당한 변화가 있는 것과 같은 온도 켑처 컨디션의 검출을 신호한다. 위에 열거된 캡처 컨디션과 다른 캡처 컨디션이 대신 사용될 수도 있다.
직렬 포트(116)는 재현 장치(102)가 감시한 데이터를 컴퓨터로 다운로드하기 위해 재현 장치(102)에 있다. 재현 장치(102) 안에 다양한 컨디션으로부터 기록한 데이터는 재현 장치(102) 안에 있는 메모리에 저장한다. 또한 이런 데이터는 추후 분석(예로, 마이크로소프트의 엑셀 스프레드시트 혹은 다른 분석 도구를 사용함)을 하기 위해 직렬 포트(116)를 통해서 데스크 탑 컴퓨터와 같은 보다 우월한 컴퓨터 시스템으로 다운로드할 수도 있다. 또한 컨디션 요소, 시간 설정, 등의 내부 설정을 직렬 포트를 통해 재현 장치(102)로 업 로드(upload) 할 수도 있다.
무선 송수신기(도시하지 않음)는 코드(118)에 걸친 안테나와 결합되어 있다. 무선 송수신기는 Wi-Fi 또는 블루투스(Bluetooth)와 같은 무선 네트워크 프로토콜과 접촉하는데 사용할 뿐만 아니라 데이터를 업로드 및 다운로드 하는데도 사용하고, 무선 주파수(radio frequency) 신호도 검출한다.

Detect_light_level:

(5) 현 감시 구간에서 가속도계의 경사 각도를 판독한다.

- 가속도계를 이용해 적어도 한 축을 따라 카메라의 가속도를 감시하는 단계;상기 카메라의 환경의 주변 온도, 주변 조명 레벨 및 주변 적외선을 복수의 환경 센서로 모니터링 하는 단계;상기 주변 온도, 상기 주변 조명 레벨 및 상기 주변 적외선의 변화를 각각의 임계값과 비교하는 단계;상기 변화 중 하나가 상기 임계값 중 하나 보다 큰 경우 캡처 컨디션을 만족한다는 것을 판정하는 단계;상기 캡처 컨디션을 판정하는 단계에 반응하여, 상기 적어도 한 축을 따라 적어도 하나의 가속도계에 의해 미리 정의된 범위 내 또는 미리 정의된 가속도 임계값 이하의 가속도를 검출하는 단계; 및상기 미리 정의된 범위 내 또는 상기 미리 정의된 가속도 임계값 이하의 가속도의 검출 및 상기 캡처 컨디션을 만족한다는 판정에 기초하여 상기 카메라에 의해 이미지 캡처를 유발하는 단계를 포함하는, 이미지를 캡처하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 캡처 컨디션의 검출에 반응하여 주변 음향들을 기록하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 이미지를 캡처하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 카메라에 의한 상기 이미지 캡처를 메모리로 유발(trigger)하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 방법은, 상기 캡처의 정의된 순간적인 근접에서 캡처 컨디션이 검출되지 않을 경우, 상기 메모리로부터 상기 이미지를 삭제하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 이미지를 캡처하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,주변 음향들을 메모리에 기록하는 단계; 및상기 캡처의 순간적인 근접에서 캡처 컨디션이 검출되지 않을 경우, 기록된 상기 주변 음향들을 삭제하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 이미지를 캡처하는 방법.
- 카메라의 환경의 주변 온도, 주변 조명 레벨 및 주변 적외선을 복수의 환경 센서로 모니터링 하는 단계;상기 주변 온도, 상기 주변 조명 레벨 및 상기 주변 적외선의 변화를 각각의 임계값과 비교하는 단계;상기 변화 중 하나가 상기 임계값 중 하나 보다 큰 경우 캡처 컨디션을 만족한다는 것을 판정하는 단계;상기 카메라의 요잉 움직임이 정의된 요잉 움직임 임계값보다 낮은 것을 표시하는 자이로스코프로부터의 신호를 검출하는 단계; 및상기 자이로스코프로부터의 신호의 검출 및 상기 캡처 컨디션을 만족한다는 판정에 기초하여 상기 카메라에 의해 이미지 캡처를 유발하는 단계를 포함하는, 이미지를 캡처하는 방법.
- 프로세서에 의해 실행될 때, 상기 프로세서로 하여금 제9항과 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 수행하게 하는 컴퓨터 실행가능 명령어들을 포함하는 프로그램들이 기록되어 있는 컴퓨터 판독가능 기록 매체.
