Claims (3)
- 알칼리 토류 금속 화합물과 이산화 티탄을 고상 반응에 의해 반응시켜 유전체 세라믹스 재료를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 알칼리 토류 금속 화합물의 분말과 이산화 티탄의 분말을 분산하는 분산 공정과, 상기 분산 공정에서 얻은 혼합 분말을 소성하는 소성 공정을 갖추고 있으며,상기 소성 공정의 온도 상승 과정에 있어서, 상기 소성 공정은 20000 Pa 이하의 진공 하에 행하며, 상기 혼합 분말의 중량이 감소되기 시작하는 온도가 580℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹스 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분산 공정에서 얻은 혼합 분말의 비표면적이 40m2/g 이상인 유전체 세라믹스 재료의 제조 방법.
