Abstract
【解決手段】アルカリ土類金属化合物と二酸化チタンとを固相反応により反応させて誘電体セラミックス材料を製造する方法であって、前記アルカリ土類金属化合物の粉末と二酸化チタンの粉末とを分散する分散工程と、前記分散工程において得られた混合粉末を焼成する焼成工程と、を備えており、前記焼成工程の温度上昇過程において、前記混合粉末の重量が減少しはじめる温度が580℃以下であるようにした。

Claims (3)
- アルカリ土類金属化合物と二酸化チタンとを固相反応により反応させて誘電体セラミックス材料を製造する方法であって、
前記アルカリ土類金属化合物の粉末と二酸化チタンの粉末とを分散する分散工程と、前記分散工程において得られた混合粉末を焼成する焼成工程と、を備えており、
前記焼成工程の温度上昇過程において、前記混合粉末の重量が減少しはじめる温度が580℃以下であることを特徴とする誘電体セラミックス材料の製造方法。 - 前記分散工程において得られた混合粉末の比表面積が40m2/g以上である請求項1記載の誘電体セラミックス材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の製造方法により得られた誘電体セラミックス材料の焼結体からなる誘電体層を備えていることを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
