Claims (9)
- 30 ~ 49.5 몰%의 Fe2O3, 0.5 ~ 20 몰%의 Mn2O3, 5 ~ 35 몰%의 ZnO, 0.2 ~ 15 몰%의 (Li0 .5Fe0 .5)O 및 나머지 부분(잔부)으로서 MnO를 포함하는 산화물 자성재에 0.1 ~ 2 중량%의 CoO를 가한 페라이트 재료를 소성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 자성재는 ZnO의 일부를 20 몰% 이하의 CuO로 치환한 것임을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.001 ~ 0.5 중량%의 Al2O3, 0.005 ~ 1.0 중량%의 NiO, 0.005 ~ 0.4 중량%의 Cr2O3의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, SO3 환산으로 0.002 ~ 0.095 중량%의 유황 화합물, Cl 환산 으로 0.002 ~ 0.08 중량%의 염소 화합물의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.002 ~ 0.3 중량%의 SiO2, 0.003 ~ 0.3 중량%의 CaO의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, SiO2 및 CaO의 양쪽을 포함하는 경우에는 양쪽의 합계가 0.5 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, P2O5 환산으로 0.001 ~ 0.08 중량%의 인 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수 재료.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전파 흡수 재료를 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 8mm 이하 두께에서의 30MHz의 전파에 대한 반사 계수가 - 20dB 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전파 흡수체.
