- 관 모양으로 성형된 모재 강판을 심 용접한 강관으로서, 상기 모재 강판이 질량%로, C: 0.010 내지 0.050%, Si: 0.01 내지 0.50%, Mn: 0.50 내지 2.00%, S: 0.0001 내지 0.0050%, Ti: 0.003 내지 0.030%, O: 0.0001 내지 0.0080%, B: 0.0003 내지 0.0030%를 포함하고, P: 0.050% 이하, Al: 0.020% 이하(0% 제외), Mo: 0.10% 미만(0% 제외)으로 제한하며, 잔부가 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 가지고, 아래 (식 1)에 의하여 구하는 Ceq가 0.30 내지 0.53이고, 아래 (식 2)에 의하여 구하는 Pcm이 0.10 내지 0.20이며, 상기 모재 강판의 금속 조직이 면적률로 20% 이하인 폴리고날 페라이트와 면적률로 80% 이상인 베이나이트로 이루어지고, 유효 결정립경이 20 ㎛ 이하이며, 용접 열 영향부의 유효 결정립경이 150 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.Ceq = C + Mn/6 + (Ni+Cu)/15 + (Cr+Mo+V)/5??? - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모재 강판이 질량%로 Cu: 0.05 내지 1.50%, Ni: 0.05 내지 5.00%의 일방 또는 쌍방을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모재 강판이 질량%로 Cr: 0.02 내지 1.50%, V: 0.010 내지 0.100%, Nb: 0.001 내지 0.200%, Zr: 0.0001 내지 0.0500%, Ta: 0.0001 내지 0.0500% 중에서 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모재 강판이 질량%로 Mg: 0.0001 내지 0.0100%, Ca: 0.0001 내지 0.0050%, REM: 0.0001 내지 0.0050%, Y: 0.0001 내지 0.0050%, Hf: 0.0001 내지 0.0050%, Re: 0.0001 내지 0.0050%, W: 0.01 내지 0.50% 중에서 1종 또는 2종 이상을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접 금속이 질량%로 C: 0.010 내지 0.100%, Si: 0.01 내지 0.50%, Mn: 1.0 내지 2.0%, Al: 0.001 내지 0.100%, Ti: 0.003 내지 0.050%, O: 0.0001 내지 0.0500%를 포함하고, P: 0.010% 이하, S: 0.010% 이하로 제한하고, 잔부가 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용접 금속이 질량%로 Ni: 0.2 내지 3.2%, Cr+Mo+V: 0.2 내지 2.5%의 일방 또는 쌍방을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관.
- 강을 용제할 때에, Si, Mn을 첨가하여 약탈산을 실시한 후, Ti을 첨가하고, 제1항에 기재된 성분으로 조정한 강을 주조하고, 얻은 강편을 열간 압연하고, 얻은 강판을 관 모양으로 성형하여 맞댐부를 심 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 강편을 1000℃ 이상으로 가열하고, 미재결정 온도 영역에서의 압하비를 2.5 이상으로 하여 열간 압연하고, 600℃ 이하에서 수냉을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 강판을 U0 공정에서 관 모양으로 성형하고, 맞댐부를 내외면으로부터 용접 와이어와 소성형 또는 용융형 플럭스를 사용하여 서브머지드 아크 용접을 실시하며, 그 후 확관을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법.

- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 심 용접부를 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 후육 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 심 용접부의 열처리를 300 내지 500℃의 범위 내에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 인성이 우수한 고강도 라인 파이프용 용접 강관의 제조 방법.
