Claims (22)
- 세포 배양액 중 응집체를 형성하는 고유의 경향을 갖는 세포의 응집 정도를 감소시키는 방법으로서,세포 배양 배지 및 응집체를 형성하는 고유의 경향을 갖는 세포의 현탁액을 포함하는 세포 배양액이 연속식 살포(perfusion) 배양계에서 유지되고, 세포 배양 배지를 세포 배양액에 첨가하고, 세포 배양액보다 낮은 세포 밀도를 갖는 액체의 유출을 초래하는 중공사(hollow fiber)를 포함하는 필터 모듈상에서 세포 배양액을 순환시키고, 필터 모듈내의 흐름이 교호 접선 흐름이며, 목적하는 세포 밀도에 도달하는 동안 상기 배양이 계속되는, 방법.
