Claims (15)
- 무기 층상 화합물을 주요 구성 성분으로 하는 막은 (1) 무기 층상 화합물과 물가용성 수지로 구성되고, (2) 무기 층상 화합물의 전체 고체에 대한 중량비가 70% 이상이며, (3) 전체 광선 투과율이 80%를 넘고, (4) 가스 배리어성을 가지며, (5) 자립막으로서 이용 가능한 기계적 강도를 갖고, (6) 상기 무기 층상 화합물은 층상 규산 또는 그의 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 층상 화합물은 운모, 버미큘라이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 베이델라이트, 사포나이트, 헥토라이트, 스티븐사이트, 마가다이트, 일러라이트 및 카네마이트 중 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물가용성 수지는 셀룰로오스계 수지, 알키드 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 메타크릴 수지, 페놀 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리비닐 수지, 아크릴산 수지 중 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가열, 또는 광조사의 방법에 의해 상기 물가용성 수지 첨가물 분자 내, 동 첨가물 분자 사이, 동 첨가물과 무기 층상 화합물 사이 또는 무기 층상 화합물 결정 사이에 있어서 부가 반응, 축합 반응 또는 중합 반응의 화학 반응을 행하게 하여, 이들의 화학반응에 의한 새로운 화학 결합을 생기게 해서 광 투과성, 가스 배리어성, 또는 기계적 강도를 개선시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두께는 0.2㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자외 가시 분광기에 의한 500㎚의 광선 투과율은 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 통상 공기 조건하에서 200℃ 1시간 가열 후, 자외 가시 분광기에 의한 500㎚의 광선 투과율은 75% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시차 열 분석에서 200℃~450℃의 온도 범위에 있어서의 중량 감소는 건조 고체 기준으로 20% 미만이고, 투명재를 구성하는 무기 층상 화합물의 기본 구조는 변화되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소 가스에 대한 투과 계수는 실온에 있어서 3.2×10-11㎠s-1㎝Hg-1 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 300℃에서 1시간 가열 처리한 후에 산소 가스의 실온에 있어서의 가스 투과 계수는 3.2×10-11㎠s-1㎝Hg-1 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 굴곡 반경 6㎜에서도 크랙이 발생하지 않고 사용 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원자간력 현미경으로 측정한 평균 표면 조도는 20㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -100℃~+200℃의 평균 선팽창계수는 -10~10ppmK-1의 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명재는 밀봉재, 포장재, 보호재, 플렉시블 기판, 또는 디스플레이재인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재.
