Claims (5)
- 내주에 복수의 오목 형상의 슬롯과, 볼록 형상이며 선단으로 갈수록 가늘어지는 복수의 치가 형성된 고정자 코어와,상기 슬롯 내에 배치되는, 직사각형 단면의 평각 도체가 사다리꼴 형상으로 집중 권회된 복수의 사다리꼴 코일을 갖는 모터 고정자의 제조 방법에 있어서,제1 치의 양측에 인접하는 제2 치 및 제3 치의 각 슬롯 내에, 상기 사다리꼴 코일이 각각 삽입된 후,상기 사다리꼴 코일을 에어 코어 상태에서 탄성 변형시켜, 상기 사다리꼴 코일의 일측부를, 상기 제1 치의 편측의 슬롯에 삽입하고,다음에, 상기 탄성 변형된 사다리꼴 코일의 타측부를, 상기 탄성 변형에 의해 발생한 탄성력에 의해 본래의 형상으로 복귀시키면서, 상기 제1 치의 타측의 슬롯에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최초의 치의 슬롯에 상기 사다리꼴 코일을 삽입한 후,인접하는 치에, 사다리꼴 코일을 상기 인접하는 치의 일측면을 따라 활주시킴으로써, 상기 사다리꼴 코일을 상기 인접하는 치의 슬롯 내에 삽입하고,순차적으로, 최후의 1개 전의 사다리꼴 코일까지 슬롯에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 치의 양측에 인접하는 제2 치 및 제3 치 중 제2 치의 슬롯 내에, 제2 사다리꼴 코일이 삽입되어 있는 상태에서, 상기 제3 치와 상기 제2 사다리꼴 코일의 최단 거리가, 상기 사다리꼴 코일의 최대 폭보다도 커지도록 상기 슬롯을 형성하고,제1 사다리꼴 코일을 상기 제1 치의 일측면을 따라 활주시킴으로써, 상기 제1 사다리꼴 코일을 상기 제1 치의 슬롯 내에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 고정자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 모터 고정자의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 고정자.
