Claims (19)
- 잉크젯 용지 바인더용으로 폴리비닐알콜과 배합하여 사용되는 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스로서, 입자 크기가 20 내지 100 nm인 스티렌-부타디엔계 시드 1 내지 15 중량부와 코어용 단량체 총 100 중량부로 이루어지고,상기 코어용 단량체는 스티렌계 단량체 20 내지 85 중량부, 부타디엔계 단량체 10 내지 70 중량부, 비닐 시안계 단량체 0.5 내지 15 중량부, 에틸렌성 불포화산 단량체 0.1 내지 1.5 중량부, 상기 단량체들과 공중합 가능한 단량체 1 내지 25 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고, 유리전이온도가 20 내지 50 ℃이며,제조된 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 표면음전하밀도가 50 내지 200 μeq/g를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌성 불포화산 단량체는 불포화카르복실산 및 1 개 이상의 카르복실산기를 갖는 불포화 폴리카르복실산 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스는, 입자 크기가 150 내지 300 ㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스.
- 삭제
- 무기안료로서 실리카를 사용하는 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액으로서,제 1항, 제 3항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스를 폴리비닐알콜과 배합하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지용 코팅액.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액은, 무기안료로 실리카 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스와 폴리비닐알콜이 배합된 바인더 60 내지100 중량부, 및 양이온 첨가제로 폴리대드막(polyDADMAC) 10 내지 20 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지용 코팅액.
- 삭제
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스와 상기 폴리비닐알콜의 중량비가 5 : 1 내지 1 : 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액은, 점도가 10 내지 300 cPs인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액은, 보수성이 50 내지 1000 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액.
- 제 7항의 잉크젯 용지용 코팅액으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 용지.
- 입자 크기가 20 내지 100 nm인 스티렌-부타디엔계 시드 1 내지 15 중량부와 코어용 단량체 총 100 중량부를 중합시키고,상기 코어용 단량체는 스티렌계 단량체 20 내지 85 중량부, 부타디엔계 단량체 10 내지 70 중량부, 비닐 시안계 단량체 0.5 내지 15 중량부, 에틸렌성 불포화산 단량체 0.1 내지 1.5 중량부, 상기 단량체들과 공중합 가능한 단량체 1 내지 25 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고, 유리전이온도가 20 내지 50 ℃이며,잉크젯 용지 바인더용으로 폴리비닐알콜과 배합하여 사용되는 표면음전하밀도가 50 내지 200 μeq/g인 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌성 불포화산 단량체는, 불포화카르복실산 및 1 개 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 불포화 폴리카르복실산 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 단량체 총 100 중량부에 대하여 연쇄이동제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 유리전이온도는 35 내지 45 ℃ 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 유리전이온도는 35 내지 45 ℃ 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는잉크젯 용지 바인더용 스티렌-부타디엔계 라텍스의 제조방법.
