Claims (20)
- 도금 금속판 또는 금속판의 표면에 형성된 피막층, 및상기 피막층 상의 단층 또는 복수층의 유기 수지층을 포함하고,상기 피막층은 크롬을 제외한 금속의 산화물 또는 수산화물 중의 하나 또는 둘다와, 관능기 또는 상기 관능기가 변성된 것 중의 하나 또는 둘다를 갖는 유기 성분을 함유하며, 캐소드 전해에 의해 형성되며,상기 유기 수지층 중 상기 피막층에 직접 접하는 층은 상기 피막층에 포함되는 관능기 또는 상기 관능기가 변성된 것 중의 하나 또는 둘다를 포함하며,상기 금속의 산화물 또는 수산화물 중의 하나 또는 둘다는, 관능기 또는 상기 관능기가 변성된 것 중의 하나 또는 둘다를 갖는 유기 성분을 통해 상기 유기 수지층에 결합되며,이때 상기 피막층에 포함되는 관능기는 극성을 갖는 기, C-C 이중 결합 또는 C-C 삼중 결합을 함유하는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층의 평균 두께가 5 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층 내의 상기 유기 성분의 함유율이 질량비로 20% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층 내의 상기 유기 성분의 함유율이 질량비로 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층에 포함되는 관능기의 1종 이상이 카르복실기 또는 에스테르기인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 크롬을 제외한 금속이 지르코늄, 티탄 또는 규소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 크롬을 제외한 금속이 지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판.
- 크롬을 제외한 금속 이온과 상기 이온에 대하여 6배 이상의 몰비의 불소 이온을 포함하는 제1 수용액, 또는크롬을 제외한 금속 이온과 상기 이온에 대하여 6배 이상의 몰비의 불소를 포함하는 착이온을 포함하는 제2 수용액중의 하나 또는 둘다를 포함하는 수용액을 포함하며, 상기 수용액은 관능기 또는 상기 관능기가 변성된 것 중의 하나 또는 둘다를 갖는 유기 성분을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 관능기의 1종 이상은 극성을 갖는 기, C-C 이중 결합 또는 C-C 삼중 결합을 함유하는 기이며, 상기 유기 성분의 함유율이 질량비로 20% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제.
- 삭제
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유기 성분의 함유율이 질량비로 5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유기 성분을 포함하는 수용액의 pH가 2 내지 7인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제.
- 삭제
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 관능기가 카르복실기 또는 에스테르기인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 크롬을 제외한 금속 이온이 지르코늄 이온, 티탄 이온 또는 규소 이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하 는 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 크롬을 제외한 금속 이온이 지르코늄 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제.
- 제10항에 기재된 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제에 금속판 또는 도금 금속판을 접촉시킴으로써, 상기 금속판 또는 상기 도금 금속판의 표면에 크롬을 제외한 금속의 산화물 또는 수산화물 중의 하나 또는 둘다와, 관능기 또는 상기 관능기가 변성된 것 중의 하나 또는 둘다를 갖는 유기 성분을 함유하는 피막층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 피복 금속판의 제조 방법.
- (a) 제10항에 기재된 복합 피복 금속판 제조용 처리제에 금속판 또는 도금 금속판을 침지시키는 단계, 및(b) 상기 금속판 또는 상기 도금 금속판을 전해시켜 상기 금속판 또는 상기 도금 금속판의 표면에 크롬을 제외한 금속의 산화물 또는 수산화물 중의 하나 또는 둘다와, 관능기 또는 상기 관능기가 변성된 것 중의 하나 또는 둘다를 갖는 유기 성분을 포함하는 피막층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 피복 금속판의 제조 방법.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 상기 금속판 또는 상기 도금 금속판의 표면에 형성된 상기 피막층 상에 유기 수지층을 추가로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 피복 금속판의 제조 방법.
